Located in the most desirable area of Nevis on the exclusive Ridge Road, this romantic getaway is nestled on the hill approximately 200 feet above sea level. Imagine relaxing around the 30-foot lap pool or lounging in the hammock and enjoying the sparkle of the Caribbean waters and the spectacular views over the narrows to the sister island of St. Kitt's at sunset while awaiting the famous "green flash" before dining al fresco in a fully screened porch. The views from the villa bedrooms, screened in porch and pool deck are some of the most spectacular views on the island.
The villa is surrounded by gorgeous gardens and is tastefully furnished with antique wicker, pine furniture and original art. Each of the two bedrooms is privately located at either end of the villa with their own private en-suite baths. One bedroom has a one king-size bed, and the other bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed. Round Hill Villa alone is ideal for two couples or a family with children who can swim. There is also a small 'teenager' bedroom in the basement with a double bed, 2-piece bath and outside shower. Round Hill Villa is ideally located within ½ mile radius of 5 beaches on Nevis and some of the finest restaurants on the island, ranging from the more casual Gallipot and Sunshine’s restaurant, to the more formal dining that can be enjoyed at the Marshall’s Restaurant or Nisbet Plantation located just minutes away by car. It's only a 3- minute walk down the hill from the house to the beach and all the best water sports facilities on the island. It's a 5-minute drive to the airport, 8 minutes to the Four Season's 18-hole golf course, and a 10-minute drive to town. Round Hill is located within a ½ mile radius of 5 beaches on Nevis.

Why the Owner Chose Jones Estate
We purchased the land in this location in 1989> we had stayed over on the other side of the island in the Gingerland area, but we were looking for an area on the island that was warmer and had less rainfall. We love our location as we are up on the hill overlooking the ocean and St. Kitt's and no one will ever be able to block our view. When we look out from the porch we can't even see the roofs of the 2 houses below us. We also love the area as we can walk down to the beach for a swim in about 5 minutes... it takes a bit longer coming back up as it is uphill. We can see the sailing and kayaking activity below in Oualie Bay, but feel completely away from things up on the hill.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
Almost constant gentle trade winds, year round average temperatures of 84 degrees, private dead end road with only 12 houses on the road all with a minimum of 1 acre lots and many with more than 2 acres. You can easily get into town for food shopping as well as closest location to the majority of the best beaches on the island. the best water sports and deep sea fishing and scuba diving is also located just 200 yards from the bottom of our road.
