This beautiful villa 3.5 miles to entrance for Walt Disney World resort offers a wonderful vacation home in the perfect location. Executive style villa is fully refurbished, newly painted, new carpets, fresh new bed linen and towels and is decorated to a high standard with full laundry facilities and games room.
Spacious fully air conditioned and easily sleeps 10 guests. Open plan living/dinning area, vaulted ceiling, sky lights, gamesroom, kitchen with breakfast bar and separate kitchen nook, private screened pool and lanai area with ample pool furniture to help you relax after a full day sightseeing and shopping.
The large pool is screen enclosed, not over-looked and very private.
The large, living/dining area is spacious and light, due to the vaulted ceilings and skylights and has a cable TV/VCR/CD, free wi-fi internet access and free long distance US / Canada calls.
The beds consist of a large king-size in the master bedroom, with en-suite, walk in shower and garden tub, one queen-size bed, and three bedrooms each with 2 single beds for maximum flexibility. Master and queen suites also have cable TV.
Hair dryers are supplied.

Why the Owner Chose Indian Creek
Our home is located in Indian Creek - a wonderful development that feels like home. Our home is conveniently located to everything - shopping, dining, food markets, attractions - all within a few minutes drive - and with the shortcut to Disney - we can be at Animal Kingdom within 5 minutes!!
Our family loves Disney World, we couldn't get any closer with out actually living on Disney property. The home is located in a great area, close to Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios as well as all of the great golf courses in central Florida. It's also only about on hours drive in either direction to get to the Gulf Coast or East Coast to enjoy the ocean.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
The close proximity to the Disney World theme parks makes it very practical. You can go to the parks as soon as they open, and then as the crowd begins to grow (and temperatures go up), you can go back home, which is only minutes away, and enjoy the pool, have a regular lunch (which is far much cheaper) and maybe even a nap! Then as the daytime crowd begins to fade, return to the parks (reenter is free) and see the parade, action, and fireworks in the cool of the evening!
