The condo is located less than a mile from downtown Kailua, Kona. You can walk into the town along the famous Alii Drive where there are numerous restaurants, shops, and sites. The condo complex has barbecues, eating area and exercise equipment also available for your use. There is a dedicated parking space directly in front of the condo.
