You'll love our cozy mountain cottage with it's "Deck in the Trees" ... come and relax.....Kick your feet up and lay back on the cool covered deck and listen to the sounds of nature. All the while as squirrels and birds scamper and flutter almost at arms length in the nearby trees. (Keep a close watch for rare white squirrels as well).. This is the perfect place for that morning cup of coffee or cool beverage at any time all day long and evening.
Feel as though you are away from it all... at some tucked away summer camp in the cool beautiful mountains... but yet only two miles from the conveniences of Uptown Hendersonville and Laurel Park.
This quaint little cottage is nestled in the rhododendrons, mountain laurel amd large oak trees of this relaxed mountainside community. Two large bedrooms (queen and full) and two baths. Very attractive and rustically decorated.
It is located across the road from the Hendersonville Country Club with just a small winter view of golf course.
Main street Hendersonville has many antique and boutique upscale shops and lots of Restaurant choices. These amenitites all make for a very unique small town atmosphere to just browse and stroll through at your leisure.

We spent two nights in Hendersonville and stayed at this wonderful, cozy two-bed, 2-bath. Great amenities, very clean, nice TVs, wi- fi. Very comfortable and well taken care of. Close to great shopping, restaurants, and surrounding areas. We were very comfortable and happy. We had friends with us and all four of us had plenty of space. You will enjoy your time at this home-away-from-home.
Recommended for:Age 55+.

Wow! This place was such a great place to stay! We wanted to be in the mountains in the fall for our 3rd Honeymoon, and this cottage did not disappoint us! It was all we could ask for, and more! On a quiet road, with spectacular views, and all the comforts of home. The deck was the place we hung out alot, as you feel as if you are right in the trees! We did go on a few hikes, and collected autumn leaves. What beautiful country in Hendersonville! Lovely! Even though we "ate out" most of the time, we did cook a few meals in the clean, well-stocked kitchen. The two bathrooms were spotless, (as was the whole place!),and it was nice having two of them when our daughter, her husband, and our granddaughter came to spend a night with us. The beds were VERY comfortable, and Candace has both well supplied with extra pillows, blankets and such. My husband was glad for the 3 TV's, (2 with flat screens), so he could watch the baseball playoffs! We never did get a chance to use the fireplace, but I am sure that would be fun! Candace had a bottle of wine and flowers waiting for us upon our arrival, and it made us feel so welcome! She is OUTSTANDING in the area of customer service...and saw to our every need! I would highly recommend this beautiful cottage to anyone looking for a great get-away-from-it-all!

We are on our second stay at this mountain cottage/deck in the woods. The listing photos actually don't do it justice. This is a VERY pleasant place to stay. The great amenities include a great master bath, garage, W/D and nice new furniture. New large-screen LCD TV's. The brick fireplace with stove insert comes in handy on cool nights. The cottage has been completely clean when we have checked in. The owner has been very responsive to all requests or issues. We really liked the location: It's a cottage in the woods on a hilltop, yet you are within 10 minutes of downtown Hendersonville, and "The Fresh Market" (I'd move here just for that), as well as Harris-Teeter. But what we liked best was the outside deck looking out to the woods. Comfy place to barbeque on the grill and chill. Best of all, you are within 30 mins of Asheville, Brevard, Flat Rock, and all the waterfalls out to the west. Pisgah Nat'l Forest has the Davidson River for great trout fishing and beautiful picnic grounds. The Blue Ridge Parkway is a half-hour away. In short, a very quiet location with all the conveniences you could want.
