You don't need to spend any money at the attractions, you'll have all you need right here! Now you can enjoy the swimming pool and catch and release fishing pond only 3 minutes away. At night you will have a blanket of stars in the southern skies where you can see shooting stars and abundant constellations!
All this and you can stay in an eco-friendly cabin. Recycling bins are provided, we are the only cabin to offer this great amenity. You don't have to recycle if you don't want to........we will do it for you!!! We use blocks of green energy that utilizes wind turbines to lessen the power strain on lakes and rivers, therefore preserving their beauty and sustainability. Fluorescent technology is used for lighting and you will be nestled among the stars with the capability of using the handmade fire-pit that can provide hours of warmth and fun while you feel like you have a cabin in the park of the Great Smoky Mountains itself! We have hot dog/ marshmallow roasters hanging by the firepit for whenever you are ready.
Treasure Mountain is situated on 5 private acres with rhododendrons, dogwoods, and so many trees that house squirrel families. Wildlife abounds! Hummingbirds are constant visitors that you can watch from the comfort of the sofas. You can even feed the turkey as they cross the property! (Just be sure to bring the corn:) Guests have even spotted Elk crossing the driveway!!!
As you enter via the PRIVATE paved private drive to the "big whole-log" cabin you will find the very spacious wrap-around deck. The entry level has the open cathedral ceiling living area with two sofas, 36" television with DVD player and the electric fireplace with custom stacked stone fireplace with spacious hearth. The dining room with black bear custom made mosaic, large kitchen (fully equipped and with a custom built island under a wrought iron pan rack with fresh herbs attached) and full bath are on the entry level as well.
The master loft is where the lap of luxury lies..... Jacuzzi tub with full shower in a custom built stone surrounding, king bed with risers to wrap you in seclusion with your own 36 inch big screen and DVD. You will have your own slice of privacy with the "big log" private deck attached to the loft master suite.
But the best part of all that you find is the DUAL SPEED RACING GAME (two players) and SUNSET RIDERS SHOOTING GAME (for four players) that everybody can enjoy!
On the lower level a 62" screen television with 40 movie library and a queen sleeper sofa right in front for preimum sports viewing or for the kids to have a slumber party with Nemo or ping pong till the sun comes up. Also, there is a futon/twin bunk combo bed for three!! A regulation PING PONG TABLE is here for all to enjoy too! Further on in the lower level is the POOL TABLE room where you can shoot a game of pool and play the SLOT MACHINE and DART GAME while you are waiting your turn to shoot! The entry level by the horseshoe pits is were you will find the hammock under the many shade trees. Beside the bubbling hot tub, clean and ready for you to soak away your cares away after a fun day at Dollywood; are chairs for all to take in the fresh mountain air since you will be alongside the Great Smoky Mountains National Park!
Outside you will find the spacious yard with horseshoes and the stone fire-pit, as well as the charcoal grill and rocking chairs and picnic table on the entry wrap-around deck with plenty of seats and rocking chairs.
The second bedroom (KING SIZE BED) with its own television and DVD player and another full bath is on the lower level too. The lower level deck is where the Hot Tub is found with its own secluded spot and the hammock just steps away for a quick cool down. A few steps away leads you to the yard. Outside you can enjoy the fire pit (firewood not provided)and pitch some horseshoes while you enjoy the quiet seclusion. Treasure Mountain is situated on over 5 acres with a slight mountain view, parking for 5 vehicles, privacy, privacy, and more privacy and seclusion!!!
Located 8 miles to the main Parkway in Pigeon Forge AND less than 5 minutes to the Metcalf Bottoms entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park where you can be in Gatlinburg via the scenic quiet route in no time!

Why the Owner Chose Pigeon Forge
It is where I am from, I recall wonder-filled summers with my grandmother in Gatlinburg. Her treat was to give us 5.00 (a LOT back then) and let us go have fun. We could get enough candy and window shopping in to last a week. I remember the days when Pigeon Forge was only three or four businesses and my sister and I could navigate Gatlinburg on our own by foot at the age of seven. The creek by my grandmothers was a major attraction to us all and we fully utilized it for a place to cool off in the mountain water and rest in the afternoons with lunch by the stream. Our hearts and minds will always be here in the land of the Great Smoky Mountains.

My favorite thing is the privacy, we can come here and never have to leave and every one is entertained! Beautiful in the summer and the winter. We were able to reserve this cabin last minute for Labor day. We really enjoyed this beautiful cabin. The teenagers stayed busy with the arcade games and big screen TV while we enjoyed the rocking chairs on the front porch. Even in the warm weather, the front porch was shady and cool. The cabin itself is very secluded, yet within 10 minutes to town. The kitchen was very well stocked with items needed to cook a full meal. I did have to call to ask how to connect to the internet, but my call was answered promptly by the owner, and she was very helpful. Thanks for sharing your cabin!! We came to visit with our family that was vacationing in a cabin pretty close by. We have stayed in many cabins in the area and we found this one to be super clean, toiletries were stocked, movies were available, candy jar was full, the fireplace was operational (year round), exceptionally spacious and clean. I have rented cabins in many other areas and we found the first one that was an excetional "deal". For what youare paying for you are getting about 5 hotel rooms and you can stay "home" and save so much money with all the things that you can do with the kids. Phenominal, keep setting the bar high, we hope all will follow suit! We will be back in October! The Jacobs Family (Jen, Mark, Emily,Caleb, Jacob, Nana Jones, and Papa Jones)

We enjoyed your beautiful, clean cabin on our honeymoon! The scenary was a bonus! It was very nice and quiet to come back to after days of touring the busy life in Pigeon Forge and Rocky Mountain National Park. The only disappointments we had were the tv did not work in the living room and your information states you have a computer w/access to internet. We did not find a computer in your place, so this was a disappointment as we could not get connected w/the internet and that was a big thing for us.

We want everyone to enjoy the spendor of the Great Smoky Mountains, we chose the location for privacy and economical vacationing. *We do not advertise a computer with internet access, we advertise internet access only. *You must read the literature for the dish network, you have to turn on the tv and the satellite. It simply doesn't just come on with the power button. We provide the literature, and detailed instructions on the operation. In the mountains we can only get satellite, and we really try and make everything easy to operate. We hope you had a most memorable time, and I am sure you did. We do even when we stay only a day or two ourselves. Look forward to having you all back!

This place was great. We took our four grandchildren for a weekend trip and had plenty to do with all the games and it snowed just as we arrived and it was beautiful up in the mountains and very cozy. Will go again hopefully.

So much more than we could ever imagine from the pictures, we were so surprised by the spaciousness and how clean it was. We will tell ten who will tell ten, who will tell ten and then hopefully one of our ten (thousand) will buy it !!!!!!

We were looking for a great place to have a family weekend halfway between our home in Virginia and our sons' homes in Memphis and at Vanderbilt University(Nashville.) We needed a place that could sleep 8, a great kitchen for the cooks in the family, a big TV for the evening movies together, additional entertainment for the 12 and 16 year olds among us (video arcade games and pool table), a firepit for roasting marshmallows and making "somemores", a hot tub for the twenty-somethings, and a nice mountain view. Oh...and most importantly...a place that would welcome our two, four-footed, canine family members. This home had it all and we had one of the best weekends ever! It was comfortable on three levels so we were not all underfoot. It is high on a mountain with places to walk outside, very private, yet only a few minutes down the mountain to the faster pace of Pigeon Forge for a grocery run. The setting even provided us with an amazing cayote serenade just up the mountain during our campfire marshmalllow roast. The owners were gracious to leave us a charcoal grill, firewood for the pit and a very clean and pleasantly decorated retreat. We had everything one can imagine for a great family gathering. After returning home to Virginia we remembered we had left two of our down comforters in the hall closit. The owners quickly returned them UPS. We would definitely recommend this home to friends. Our only disappointment: the big screen TV in the theatre room had technical problems and we were not able to use it, but there was another smaller one in the living area we used for movie night together instead. That was the only problem we had. We missed having chairs on the huge porch and had we known there were none, we would have brought umbrella chairs with us. It would have been wonderful having porch rockers for morning coffee as the spacious porches on the mountsin side and in the front were like outdoor rooms! (We hope the owners will consider this for future renters.) It was a terriffic weekend and we feel very fortunate to have found such a wonderful place that suited our needs perfectly. We hope to return again and are happy to recommend it highly, as we all have great memories. It is a lovely, spacious, clean, well designed and privately situated log home with all the amenties and no neighbors in view. Look no further. Thank you to our hosts for sharing it.
