Large, second row home on Isle of Palms with great ocean views and a private swimming pool. Beach access is directly across street from this house, a very easy walk to the beach.
This home can accommodate 11-14 guests with five bedrooms, a day bed, and a sleeper sofa. All five bedrooms have a queen-size bed, and in addition, one bedroom has a double bunkbed. Large porch off the master bedroom facing the ocean, lots of sundecks, two den areas with TV/DVD. Back porch with gas grill and pool access.
Three bedrooms on the lower level with full bath, kitchen, dining room and family room. Two bedrooms on the upper level with the master bedroom that opens out onto the upper deck with great views, the second bedroom and full bath with another living room area on the upper level that opens out onto the upper deck as well.
You are just minutes from downtown historic Charleston with exquisite art galleries, antique shops, boutiques, and world class restaurants. This wonderful city offers a combination of history, culture, sporting events, fine dining and shopping. Five golf courses nearby, IOP Recreation Center on 29th Avenue with indoor/outdoor basketball courts, soccer fields, baseball/softball fields, and children's playground.
This quaint little island is great for bike rides whether it be along the small streets to see the diverse architecture and home styles, or to ride to the shops or beach front restaurants. The beach is hard and packed for an easy bike ride along the shore.

We had a wonderful experience at this house. Everything was clean, it was close to the ocean and has it's own washer and dryer. The screened in porch(ES) and swimming pool are great. Very roomy with two differenct sitting areas for adults and kids. Promise you will love it!
