We have just completed $30,000 worth of upgrades and refurbishments: new kitchen, bathroom, granite, tiling, carpeting; High end fixtures from Hubbarton Forge; Natural Cherry cabinetry, doors and trim; 42 inch flat screen HD TV with Bose 3-2-1 Home Entertainment System; leather furniture; incredibly comfy Verlo Mattress; natural log full/twin bunk bed; new gas fireplace,etc, etc. Despite all the outdoor amenities surrounding this beautiful mountain area, you will be quite happy to spend the whole day indoors, too!
With 600 miles of mountain biking trails and perhaps the most family-friendly ski resort in North America only a few miles away, this location is ideal. Most enjoyable, however, is the fact that our condo's deck faces the Fraser River 5 yards away, with its babbling sounds inducing instant relaxation. The unobstructed view beyond the river is to the continental divide, the ski resort and the famous "Bear's Claw" vista. Conveniently, our front door is twenty yards from a free shuttle pick-up. The bus connects you straight to town or the ski resort in minutes.
Other than being on the river, we are also on the Fraser River Trail that connects Fraser to Winter Park. It is also a remarkably quiet location, our condo building being called "Confluence" for good reason; it is at the meeting point of the St Louis Creek and the Fraser River. All other sounds, but those of the colliding rivers, are drowned out.
The newly remodeled common area has two hot tubs and sauna with TV/game room.
Also, The Winter Park/Fraser Valley locale is one of the easiest places to get from the Denver/Boulder area.

How else could one get to mountains, rivers, lakes, biking, skiing and hiking all within 90 minutes of Boulder or Denver?! Also, a condo right on the Fraser river with unobstructed mountain views beyond is pretty ideal.
