Why the Owner Chose Berkeley
The Berkeley hills offer one of the most relaxing and beautiful locations. A semi private driveway leads you to this country setting just minutes from downtown Berkeley, The University of California at Berkeley and San Francisco. The site attracted me because from one side the view is of the SF bay and the Golden Gate and from the other side it is a private, wooded hillside. It is truly the best of both worlds.
