  What a surprising little gem this bungalow turned out to be! The interior is light, bright and airy where the living room flows through to the kitchen and then Florida room in the back. The private back yard is a tranquil setting with a fountain and seating area. The master bed was comfortable and we loved the glass wall walk in shower with more than enough pressure and hot water. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of counter space. Everything you need for going to the beach is there plus 2 cruiser bikes. If you want a very laid back, homey experience, this is the place for you! We thoroughly enjoyed it.

  My wife and I have been going to this beach house for almost 7 years for our one or two week stays in FL. It is our home away from home. Well equpped, comfortable, not your average bare-bones rental unit. We love the private back yard, the location near the beach, the comfortable interior. We often have friends in the area come for dinner parties, or meet them at many nearby restaurants. The house is always clean and in excellent shape. Washer and dryer are handy. Bikes, grill, beach supplies are all helpful and handy. Anna Maria and surrounding areas are good vacation destinations, with things to do beyond the beach - if you can ever get yourself off the beach!

  We spent the month of January 2012 in this lovely house, and could not have been happier with our choice of location. The house is charming, comfortable, very close to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood at the far north end of Anna Maria. We've been vacationing on Anna Maria Island since 2007, and this is by far the best house we've rented. We'll be coming back to this one! The owner is very concerned with having the house well supplied, clean and in good shape, and he is very easy to work with. We recommend this house to anyone looking for an Anna Maria rental property!

  This immaculate well maintained property was perfect for a girls weekend (50th birthday celebration), as well as part of a 75th birthday family get together. A well outfitted kitchen, linens, beach equipment and bikes are just a few of the things that we appreciated at this property. The yard was a perfect and private spot for my family and friends to gather and cook out. It was closer to the beach than we imagined which was a big plus. The house is tastfully decorated yet "Florida Beachy" in theme. I have rented a number of properties in different locations and this was by far the most satisfactory in terms of cleanliness and it was obvious it has been well maintained. I would recommend this property to a friend or relative without hesitation.
