We were so pleased with this beautiful, fully furnished, 1 bedroom condo at the beach that my wife and I rented it two years in a row! A perfect accommodation for a single, couple, or group/family of four. Just steps from beautiful, pristine beaches. A short walk to excellent local eateries, bars, and island shops and boutiques. Enjoy island style living at a leisurely pace. And you're just a 15 minute drive from beautiful Historic Savannah, and a whole other world of sights to see and great places to shop and eat! We highly recommend this beautiful condo. The owners are wonderful people who made us feel right at home during our stay. You won't be disappointed!Recommended for: Girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.
Owner response: Although our unit is set up to accommodate no more than two guests, there are units at the Savannah Beach and Racquet Club that can/do sleep 4 - 6. The property IS a great place for families, and there is no shortage of things to do!

This condo is a great location and has all the amenities you could ask for! we especially appreciated the personal touches like sunscreen, popcorn, and beach bicycles. Also helpful was the binder with local restaurant menus and island maps. The owners were very easy to work with. Over all a great experience. We will definitely be back!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

This was our first time to visit Tybee and we had a "GREAT TYBEE TIME" experience. The condo was conviently located. We went kayaking North Island Kayak first morning and the condo is on the north end the owner Shane picked us up at the condo gate. This service saved us time and money we did not have to pay parking. I would recomend eating at a little restaurant called "Huck a Poo's" within walking distance from condo we ate there 2 times the salad is so delicious recommended by locals. I would recommend Sting Rays and AJ's both excellent local seafood. You can walk to the lighthouse so close by. The beach is just steps from the condo with a walkway all the way. Savannah is minutes away which is such an historic place to visit. We have put Tybee on our list for a return visit and this condo is a great location to do everything. The owners were very kind and pleasant to work with this made every thing go very smooth. Thanks for allowing us to rent your condo making our first visit so grand.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

I was so nervous about finding a place to stay, and after looking at so many we decided on this one. We were so impressed when we walked in, it was gorgeous and it felt like a home away from home. Katherine made it so easy to get through the rental process, and she was very kind and accomodating while we were there. We had such an amazing vacation, and one of our favorite spots was a small pizza joint about 2 blocks from this little gem. We were there one night, and a storm rolled through and the power went out in the entire town, but it was the most fun we've ever had. We created so many memories that I'm sure we will remember for the rest of our lives, and I can't wait to get back! I highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay on the island and it is SO affordable!Recommended for: Girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

What an adorable condo.Not only was the condo clean, it had all the amenities one could possibly ask for at the beach. Owners are extremely nice and the condo was comfortable and lovely for a Tybee Island Getaway. I would recommend this particular condo to anyone who is looking for R&R . My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it and the owners pay great attention to detail . Nice and quiet area of tybee!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway.

About the owner: We love our beach home. It provides the perfect base for enjoying island life on Tybee, or exploring historic downtown Savannah. It's the best of both worlds!
Why the Owner Chose Tybee Island:
We live in Savannah and enjoy spending time in our beach condo immensely! We believe we have the best location on Tybee Island because there is no shortage of interesting and fun things to see and do, such as frequent dolphin sightings from the boardwalk, as well as, the historic Cockspur lighthouse and Fort Pulaski on the horizon, and cargo ships coming off of the Atlantic, steaming up the Savannah River to port, not to mention, the gorgeous sunsets. If you love to play in the bigger waves, the Atlantic ocean is mere steps up the crescent shaped beach along the beautiful sound...a lovely walk. It's really the best of both worlds!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We encourage our guests to use our two beach cruisers (1-speed bicycles). They are great for getting round the island, and are perfect for riding on the beach at low tide. We also encourage our guests to spin any of our 1000+ vinyl record albums that we keep stowed neatly in two rows under the built-in bunk unit. They are out of the way and out of sight. The turn table is in the main living area. Collection includes mostly vintage & classic rock, some jazz. These records make being at the beach extra fun and nostalgic.
