Our Plantation style home built in 1998, offers island living with all the modern conveniences. Wood and tiled floors, gas fire place(yes, a fire place), granite counter tops, includes a private in home gym. One of few two story homes in Lanai City providing room for the whole family.
Two blocks walk to Historic Dole Park in Lanai City. Just up the street practice on the free public nine hole golf course, or upgrade to one of two world class resort golf courses. Play tennis or join a basketball pick up game with local residents.
Experience Hulopo'e Beach an unspoiled marine reserve and home to Spinner Dolphins and many tropical fishes. Hike in our mountain top forest, take an off-road excursion, fish from shore or boat, and much more activities. Lanai is home to some of the best diving sites in Hawaii and the world. What you will not find: Chain restaurants, red lights, traffic, night clubs, crowded beaches.

Jackie & Henry Clay Richardson relocated from Maui to Lanai in 1996 to create a restaurant and hotel business and grow a family. They now split their time between Phoenix, Arizona, where their four children are attending college and Lanai, their "true" home.
