This trip was booked specifically to hang out with 8 of my clients and closest friends (30-40 Age range). We had a blast at the HBO Film Festival events as well. Customer Service- Milena was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional...she took care of all of my condo needs. Property- Great location if your intention is to party, enjoy the beach, and have a fun time in the heart of the heart of Sobe! Great patio views of Ocean drive and Sunset/Sunrises of the Beach....Perfect photo ops. Can be loud at night for people with smaller kids. Attractions: Only steps away from great nightlife (Mangos, Clevelander, Mansion). Directly across from the beach, and the tourist bus pickups were directly in front of the Hotel as well). Sunset Cruise: Had a great time on a 50' Catamaran with Playtime Water Sports...free food and drinks for a 3 hr sunset cruise. Restaurants I enjoyed- Mangos, Medi, Kitchen, Maya Tapas, Ocean's 10, and Pizza Rustica.

The people that worked at this location were very kind to us upon our visit . The only problem was that we did ask for a room with a ocean view and never got that. When we arrived they told us that they had to switch our room because the room we orginally had got damaged. That did upset me but I let it go due the the pleasant room we got. The room was very clean and the shower was amazing ! When arriving to the roof top pool it felt great ! You get the whole view of south beach . Overall a good experience and I would stay there again but I would like a ocean view. The room service was fast and all of the staff were very nice ! I didn't want to even go to the beach I stayed on the pool top most of the trip ! Might I add you don't need a rental car, everything is in walking distance or a low cab fee.

A bunch of my girlfriends and I stayed in this unit for a week during our spring break. The unit was spacious, modern, and clean. The kitchen area was great and saved us a ton of money since we would prepare our own meals instead of going out to eat every night. The staff was very nice, and the rooftop pool was beautiful. The best thing about this unit is the INCREDIBLE location. You literally cannot get a better location. The beach is right across the street, and you are on Ocean Dr. which is where just about everything happens. The only time we took a cab was to and from the airport; we were able to walk everywhere else. It was kind of loud at night, but we completely expected that going into it. Milena was very good at promptly responding to my questions, and she was very helpful throughout the entire process. I would absolutely recommend this unit for anyone looking to stay in South Beach.

We really enjoyed our stayed in this 2bdrm unit! The unit was spacious, clean and well-kept! It was within walking distance to the shopping, bars and clubs South Beach has to offer. The beach is just across the street and the action of Ocean Drive at your doorstep! What you see in the pictures of the unit, is what you get :) Milena was very professional in ensuring my questions were answered quickly and efficiently. Great place to stay in Miami!
