Welcome to the Ilikai Marina Room 885. Located right next to the Hawaii Prince Resorts Hotel in world-famous Waikiki only minutes walk away from renowned Waikiki Beach, Ala Moana Beach park and shopping center, and the Hawaii Convention Center. Whether you want to relax at the beach or shop-til-you-drop, it's only minutes away on foot!
Since we, the owners, stay here quite frequently we know how it feels to want to stay in someplace nice and clean with amenities nicer than you'd find in a standard hotel room. In fact, some of the things we offer you would only find in the suite at a 5-star hotel! We completely refurnished it in mid-2008 put in a large 32" flat-screen TV with a nice computer workspace, DVD player, iPod/iPhone stereo/alarm, glass/wood dining table that seats four, various art on walls and tables, and a few beach things you are welcome to use anytime.
The Ilikai Marina Apts are the only short-term rental condos in the Waikiki that are not a hotel or condotel. You'll have a fully equipped kitchen, washer and drier on the same floor, and one of the biggest studios in Waikiki! 455 sf on the inside and a lanai.
At the bottom of the Ilikai Marina you'll find the Chart House restaurant that has some of the best steak-and-seafood in Hawaii (food served til 12:30am), renowned local musicians, and one of the nicest sunsets overlooking the yacht harbor you can imagine! Below the Chart House you'll find the best pizza in Honolulu and some of the most interesting crowd of yachtsmen, tourists, & locals alike at the Harbor Pub Pizza (food served til 1am)! They serve takeout as well, so I often order a pizza and walk to our room for private TV and hot, delicious pizza!
Around the corner, yet still in the same building, is the Red Lobster and Outback Steakhouse. Across the street is the ABC supermarket where you can get fresh foods, fruit, drinks, spirits, gifts, and a whole bunch of other stuff! Diagonal to our building is Starbucks, McDonalds, Subway, sushi, thai, Kobe restaurant, a few other shops and restaurants, and most recently opened Buffalo Wild Wings. A two-minute walk will take you to the brand new part of the Hilton Hawaiian village with even more shops and restaurants. They even have flamingos and penguins!

Aloha! I am originally from the Big Island of Hawaii and my wife is from Japan. We now live mostly in Japan, while keeping this place in Honolulu for our frequent visits back to the Islands.
Why the Owner Chose Ilikai Marina
I have a company on Oahu that brings me back there about every 6 weeks and this place is ideal for everything I need- world-class shopping, awesome beaches with a surf break a 3-minute walk away, and a short commute to my office in the Ward area.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
This place is just ideal for me while in Honolulu on business and also for my wife and young daughter. Because it is a bigger-than-usual studio, we don't find ourselves cramped for a two-week stay. I've brought business associates from Japan with me and shared the unit without any issues. It has everything one needs and because we also stay in it frequently, we've upgrade many of the basic items to something a little nicer- like the huge flat-screen TV, DVD player, iPod/iPhone docking station, etc. The short walk to a grocery store and Starbucks is VERY convenient. You can even walk 1-minute to the Prince hotel to catch the cabs they have waiting.
