Eight upstairs rooms are fully furnished, clean, and include a full bath with claw-foot tub/shower. One room downstairs is a studio with shower. Flat screen TV's in each room. Near Hearst Castle. Wonderful coastal cliff hikes and beach walks. Beaches w/ amazing stones of all colors including moonstones.
Cambria Village has unique shopping, restaurants, art galleries. Elephant Seals on the beach nearby reserve. Wineries close and beautiful rolling hills surround. The mansion comes with a full use commercial kitchen. An on-site caretaker in a sectioned off and downstairs section of the house, is available for up to ***2 hrs per day*** (pre-scheduled) at NO EXTRA charge for help in the kitchen/dining area. 10 parking spaces. Cambria is located just 3.5 hrs north of Los Angeles or 3.5 hrs south of San Francisco.
