Our recently updated 4th floor,loft condominium is waiting to be your vacation home away from home. We have included everything you could want for your ultimate enjoyment.
Our location offers easy access to the front elevator,and we are on the quiet side of the building with views of the ocean and west Maui mountains.
New travertine flooring continues from the entrance through to the lanai .The completely updated spa-like bathroom, has a glass vessel sink and it's travertine walled shower has a bench for your convenience.
Dine or lounge on our lanai and enjoy the spectacular ocean and mountain views. Stretch out by the pool or Jacuzzi with a good book and a cool drink, , BBQ your dinner on the gas-fired BBQ's at either the tennis courts or the pool, play a game of golf at nearby Wailea and Makena courses, or stroll across the road to one of Maui's finest white sand beaches - the beautiful Kamaole I and II beaches,and from December till May watch the humpback whales.
Kihei's average daytime temperature is in the low 80's and evenings are always pleasant. Its central location allows you to reach all the wonderful activities available on Maui easily. Windsurfing, paddling, kayaking, and surfing are all easily accessible sports for the adventurous, and world class resort golf courses and fine dining are minutes away.

The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The location is walking distance to some of Kihei's best restaurants. For fine dining there is Cafe O'Lei,everything from sushi to wood oven pizza, fresh fish, prime rib and the best macadamia crusted chicken. For sports enthusiasts try The Sports Page ,great hotdogs and bar specials,Maui Tacos serve amazing Maui style Mexican food and then there is Fred's famous for Taco Tuesday .Moose McGillicuddy's has a great happy hour and is a great place to watch sunset. Hawaiian Moons is the only organic grocery store in Kihei , they have everything from fresh grown Maui herbs, and produce to a salad bar and hot food bar, with in house produced entrees.
Baskin Robbins and Pizza Hut are in Dolphin Plaza just in front of the condo.
Shops are close by , ABC or Whalers have almost anything you could need.

Kihei is an amazing place and staying at Kihei Alii Kai was an amazing experience. I recommend this condo to everyone who's looking for adventure, relaxation or to spend time with their families. I loved relaxing by the pool, listening to the birds on the Lanai and watching the sunsets there. The condo has a great view and is a two minute walk from restaurants and the beach. Richard and Corinne were very helpful and we went to some of the most amazing places that they had recommended. Watching the surf at Ho'okipa on the north shore of Maui, walking by the lava rocks on La Perouse Bay and watching the waves at Big Beach are some of my favorite memories. I also enjoyed all the best food and "happy hours" that Maui has to offer. Thank you so much for sharing your home away from home. I can't wait to be back!

This is a well-appointed condo with a great location convenient to beaches (Kamaole I, II and Charley Young), shopping, and restaurants in Kihei. Set further back and uphill from many of the condos in this area, there's hardly any noise from S. Kihei Rd. here. The bath and kitchen have been nicely updated, and overall the unit is well stocked with everything you'll need. We were able to leave the car here and walk to many of our destinations in town. The complex has a mix of owners and vacation renters who are friendly and quiet. The only minor drawbacks are the pool (chilly or refreshing, depending on your tastes) and distance to parking (if the front lot is full). This is an excellent value for the location, size/configuration, and furnishings.

We had the most wonderful stay at this condo. Very nice upgrades in the entry way, bathroom and kitchen. Just a short walk to Kamaole 1 beach. Easy stroll to shops and restaurants. Plenty of beach toys to use as well.
Recommended for:Age 55+, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.
