GREAT LOCATION!! Three-bedroom, two story villa. Two bedrooms and bath on the second floor. One of the upstairs bedrooms has twin beds the other has a "swing king" (this simply means that there are 2 twin beds pushed together onto a king size headboard that can be swung out and used as 2 twins or left together and used as a king size bed). There is also a small loft with a sleeper couch. On the first floor there is 1 bedroom with a king size bed and bath, as well as a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and screened in porch with golf view. DSL and WiFi is provided.
Sea Pines Beach Club is 7 minute walk, 3 minute bike ride or 2 minute car ride. Nightly Summer entertainment at the Beach Club Bar and Resturant. 300 yards to Ocean Course and Sea Marsh Golf Course Clubhouse and Driving Range. Bike Rental Shop across the street (call ahead and have bikes delivered to unit!). Leisure trail access for biking, running, walking directly across the street and is "Hop-On" point for the free Sea Pines Trolley (during peak seasons).
