The Unique Benefits at this Condo
In addition to the fabulous location, the suite has a view of the ship channel with frequent arrivals of freighters and cruise ships, downtown Galveston, as well as the broad expanse of the Gulf of Mexico. The building has lots of amenities for the occupants including a full length pool, a separate kiddie pool, a game room for teen-agers (and others!), a movie room where you can bring the DVDs of your choice, a well-equipped gym, private parking, secure access and even a small private dining room for special events. A concierge service helps the short term renter as well as the full time occupant to get the most enjoyment from the property.

My father was born in Galveston (Born on the Island, BOI to the locals) and I've always been fascinated with Galveston. As a young girl, I enjoyed playing here with my cousins most of whom still live here. My husband and I have often come back to enjoy the local history and restaurants, the Victorian architecture, the shops and events on the Strand, or just to enjoy the miles of beach. When we had a chance to buy a brand new, luxury condo in the heart of Galveston, just across from Stewart Beach, we jumped at the opportunity.
