Our condo is a comfortable well furnished and equipped corner unit located on the second floor of building II. The kitchen has been upgraded with knotty Alderwood cabinets, tiled counter tops and back splash, with new appliances. MBR has a queen size bed, flat screen LCD TV, and a second wood burning fireplace. Firewood is furnished by owners and located on the balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a wall mounted TV.
The living room is open with a queen size sleeper sofa, new flat screen TV and sliding door to the balcony. The balcony includes a gas grill and nice views of local mountains. Second bath includes a single person jetted tub. Both baths have wall mounted hair dryers. The condo comes with a wall safe and free high speed internet cable connection. The unit is non smoking.
Snow Flower is a true ski in ski out property. You simply catch the elevator to the ground floor, exit through the locker room where your ski clothing is stored and ski to the lift 25 yards away. You are also about 100 yards from the Park City Ski Resort with multiple lifts.
Snow Flower is located less than a block from a bus stop with free service to all locations in the valley. Park City is noted for its many fine restaurants suitable for all tastes from pizza to fine dinning. AND, you are only 45 minutes from the Salt Lake City Airport.
The front office of Snow Flower is open 24/7. Property amenities include fitness center, locker room, outdoor pool and spa, coin operated laundry facilities and conference rooms. On site tennis courts and outdoor BBQ areas are available during the summer seasons.

Year Purchased: 2004
Carol and I initially vacationed and skied in Park City at the invitation of friends. We later returned in the summer for a of couple weeks and were hooked. As many property owners in Park City will tell you, we came for the skiing and stayed for the summers. Carol has skied all over the world, me sadly not but I have seen a lot of the Colorado resorts and did not want to arrive via an airport that was two plus hours from the slopes. Park City is a 45 minutes drive which was a deciding factor in our choice.
Why the Owner Chose Snow Flower
Snow Flower was a natural choice for us, we wanted to be near the action of Park City, and we wanted ski in ski out. We got both, plus all the amenities Snow Flower has to offer.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Our condo is located on the corner of the building with no development across from us to obstruct views. You will see mountains in the distance, tennis courts in the corner, and a beautiful Aspen grove directly across from us. Although close to the activities of Park City and skiing, Snow Flower is quiet and seemingly remote and secluded.
