This is a truly perfect vacation rental! The main views from the property overlook Beaver Creek mountain. Skiers can easily access Elkhorn lift, and spend the day on the mountain. Plus, it is easy enough to stop in for lunch or hot chocolate and return to the slopes. Non-skiers can enjoy snow shoeing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, or shopping. Plus, the front door opens to an elevator that takes you right to the heart of Beaver Creek village. It is possible to spend a week here without a rental car! Beaver Creek village boasts a number of well-known fine dining establishments, plus many fun, family friendly eateries.
The summer months are equally enjoyable here. The mountain is accessible by chairlift with a number of hikes, Frisbee golf, and bike trails open to the public. Take a picnic or enjoy the restaurant at the top of the hill. There is also a mini golf course, climbing wall, and trampolines for the kids at the base of the hill. Many other recreational activities are in the area as well. And, don't forget, almost every day at 3pm, the Beaver Creek chefs pass out freshly baked cookies to everyone in the village. It is a one of a kind resort town!
The home is spacious enough for 3 families or 4 couples. Each bedroom has en suite bathrooms. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have king beds and Jacuzzi tubs and showers, bedroom 3 has a king bed, pullout out sofa, and a Jacuzzi tub and shower, and bedroom 4 has 2 twin beds (can be converted to a king) and a bath with shower. Bedroom 5 is a "bunk room" with 2 bunk beds and 2 trundle beds (perfect for 6 children.) There is an adjacent hall bathroom with a shower. There is a large open living area with a huge dining room table big enough for all to gather. Plus, a media room on the lower level with cable TV and a Wii game system gives the kids a place to go. Steps out the back door there is a huge playground that the kids enjoy year round.
Not one detail has been overlooked in this multi-million dollar home. From the beautiful decor, top of the line appliances, and cozy robes in each bedroom, you will find all the comforts of your dream house!

This was our first time vacationing in the mountains during the summer and we certainly picked the perfect place to stay. We have three kids (9, 7, and 3) and brought along Grandma and the Aunt and there was plenty of room for all, by far. Creek and mountain view from the Villa along with close proximity to village and use of Hyatt Mountain lodge amenities made this Villa top notch. It exceeded our expectations and highly recommend it to families. We will return.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

We loved this place. It exceeded all expectations--the nicest place we have stayed on ski-in, ski-out vacations. The home is decorated beautifully and is well furnished with everything a guest could need. The kitchen was well equipped and eating in was a pleasure. One could not ask for a better villa or location to stay at. This is our families second time staying at this particular villa and just love it. Property FAR exceeded my expectations! I am a frequent renter of VRBO homes in the Vail/Beaver Creek area and this proper represents the best of Beaver Creek and VRBO. Everything was exactly as stated in the description and the owners where a delight to work with, which is a refreshing change to most VRBO owners. They went the extra mile to accommodate our every need and even provided their personal “local” knowledge on the best restaurants, events, attractions, lifts, etc. One of a kind property! We honestly didn’t need our cars for a week. Location is unbeatable, and people would look at us with envy when we would walk/ski into the villa. Personal Hot Tub, Personal Sauna, Personal Work out room, Personal office/media room….. I have never found this many personal luxuries in such a prime location. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your amazing home and making us feel so welcome. If you and your family are looking for true Luxury in the heart of Beaver Creek Village, I recommend this property for an unforgettable experience….we will definitely be repeat guests. Many positives to highlight...first of which being the location. It is a true ski-in, ski-out property steps away from everything...rentals, ski school, ice-skating, dining, shopping, tubing... There is no need for a car. The home itself is beautiful, well maintained and very comfortable for two families of four. The hot tub, steam shower and sauna were all perfect after a long day of skiing! I would highly recommend Beano's cabin on the mountain for dinner one night. Owner was very helpful with answering all questions and concerns, I would absolutely recommend this property to others!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

About the owner: We are a skiing family who loves Colorado.
Why the Owner Chose Hyatt Mountain Lodge:
We have been skiing and summering in Colorado since 1979. In 1995, we finally chose Beaver Creek to be our family's second home. We love the Beaver Creek motto--Not exactly roughing it. It suits us perfectly. We enjoy the outdoors, but we also enjoy the many comforts of luxury living. Beaver Creek is the perfect marriage of these two elements. Our home base is Chicago, so we also like the easy access of direct flights between O'Hare and Eagle/Vail airport. PHOTOS available upon request.

We have favorite activities in both the summer and winter months. Summer--hiking along the many trails on the mountains, Friday night family nights in the village with live music, and ice skating the evening! Winter--skiing the beautiful mountain without the hassle and traffic of the other areas, taking a sleigh ride up the mountain to Beano's for dinner, and fireworks for New Year's.
