Why the Owner Chose Tempe
We chose Tempe over other metropolitan Phoenix municipalities for its beauty and proximity to everything that makes living easy. Tempe has tree-lined streets, great local restaurants plus loads of popular restaurant chains. The main freeways are within easy reach and it is not far from the airport. We think the shopping is great and we love Tempe as our Cactus League headquarters.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
Baseball is our favorite activity in the spring and fall - Cactus League and Triple Crown Youth Baseball in the spring (we have two boys who love to play) and our boys' fall baseball tournament. We love to golf and there are wonderful museums to visit. We are huge Green Bay Packer fans, so we hope to get tickets when they come to Phoenix to play the 2008 NFC Champion Phoenix Cardinals. Our boys hope to be students at Arizona State University. But what we love the most, is just to laze around in our fantastic town home and enjoy the Arizona sunshine! We reconnect as a family when we are in Tempe. We are so happy with our new light and bright kitchen!

We stayed at this accommodation for a week at Christmas 2011. We have stayed at many VRBO properties before and this was easily the best equipped property that we have ever stayed at (the kitchen had more delf and cutlery than I have in my own home!). There is a Safeway located within a 15 minute walk for all your grocery needs. The house was very clean and modern. The property was everything that we were promised and more. The two car, automatic door garage was very convenient. The living room was very comfortable and the wireless WIFI worked perfectly. The home owners were very pleasant to communicate with. I do not hesitate to recommend this property to others who are wishing to stay for a week or longer. If we were to stay in Tempe gain, we would try to stay in this property. Great property, very reasonable price.

Your home was in a great location. We walked often instead of driving as there was so much close by. Your home was clean and bright and cheery with a wonderful new kitchen. The garage was an added attraction as we loved having our car in a safe and secure place. You thought of everything. We had our grandson visiting for a few days and there were games to play (which we did) and lots of entertainment within a half hour drive. My husband and I stayed here for the 2010 Ford Ironman Arizona competition in November. We could not have picked a better place to stay, including the host hotel. This townhome was clean, comfortable, modern, spacious and had everything we needed. Fantastic grocery store is within walking distance and the Mill Avenue/Tempe Town Lake area is a straight 10 minute drive. Greg and Pat, the owners, are incredibly nice and helpful and the concierge service took care of everything. I, without a doubt, highly recommend this townhome. We will be back!
