Welcome to "Florida's Friendliest Home Town". If you've never been to The Villages, you're in for a real treat. If you are a returning guest, welcome back! The Villages is best known for it's on-site free nightly entertainment and dancing in our two Town Squares seven nights a week/365 days a year. Everything you can think of, or need, is accessible by golf cart including over 85 restaurants. You're just 45 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico, 60 miles from Daytona Beach, and 45 miles from Orlando.
This is a tastefully decorated, fully furnished, Jasmine model designer home. It has 2 bedrooms, two baths, and a den with nearly 1600 square feet of living space, a large screened lanai with a gas barbeque grill, and a two car garage which includes a golf cart. It is conveniently located in the Village of Belvedere just south of CR 466. It is very close to the Pimlico Rec Center which has 3 executive golf courses and a family swimming pool.
The sport pool located at the Laurel Manor Regional Rec Center is also a short distance away as well as The Villages Library. Arnold Palmer Country Club and the Sumter Landing Town Square are just a short golf cart ride away. The Village of Belvedere is very convenient to all the new commercial growth along CR 466 including the new Wal-Mart, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Bone Fish Grill, 2 additional grocery stores, and numerous fast food restaurants as well. This location has it all!
Sit back on the lanai and enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast. Play nine or 18 holes of golf and have lunch at the country club. Relax in one of the more than 30 swimming pools and then head down to the town square for live music/dancing every night of the week. Dine in one of the nine country club restaurants (fine dining or casual) or one of the many great restaurants on the Town Squares
After dinner, take in a movie at one of our two beautiful movie theaters or head over to Katie Belle's for some late night live entertainment and dancing. Participate in one of the over 500 free clubs and activities that are offered each week. YOU WILL TRULY ENJOY YOUR STAY IN THE VILLAGES!!
