Gorgeous remodeled Beach Front 2 bedroom, 2 full-bathroom condominium in beautiful Sand Key (Clearwater Beach, FL). There is a massive patio over 1200 sq ft for you to enjoy with chaise lounges and a table with chairs. The kitchen is recently remodeled with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, hard wood floors, Keurig coffee maker, Sony CD/Radio, utensils and cookware included!
The living room has a beautiful new carpet, modern leather furniture, Sony 55 inch color TV, new bar with granite top and recently installed tile at exit/entry to the patio. The bathrooms have granite countertops and new toilets installed a year ago. There are new stackable washer/dryer (high end- Whirlpool) which are contained in a closet with door.
New water heater last year too. The master bedroom has a pillow top, top of the line mattress, beautiful dark wood furniture, TV with DVD player (wall-mounted), Bose Wave Alarm Clock/Radio, leather recliner chair, plenty of closet space, ironing board and iron. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds, color TV with VCR (wall-mounted). There are Ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room.
There are 2 assigned, covered parking spaces. There is a large community swimming pool, Tiki huts, powder-like sandy beach footsteps away! There is a community ice maker in the bicycle storage room, so you won't need to buy ice! This is truly a turn key paradise for you to enjoy! You deserve to spend your winter season here!

My wife and I searched the whole coast line from St. Pete to Clearwater and felt that Sand Key was the best! It is close to everything, yet secluded. The massive patio was another thing we couldn't find anywhere else. It almost doubles your living space with views of the intra-coastal and the beach from the patio!
