Main Floor Entries: The south entry has a spacious porch with seating adjacent to the semi-circular drive. As you enter the main foyer area, enjoy the spaciousness of the open floor plan with the main living/hearth room open to the fully applianced tiled kitchen. The LR opens to the kitchen, parlor/reading room, and sunny mudroom with tiled floor and separate entry way with double staircase to 2nd floor.
The house has another side entry/foyer with artistic tiled floor. Enter the dining room from the kitchen, side foyer area or great room. The great room is large from a converted ballroom with double glass doors to the back porch/lanai entry to the back yard.
The great room offers very comfortable seating surrounding the fireplace and easy viewing to the flat panel TV. For convenience to 1st floor guests, the great room offers a 1/2 bath as well as pass through area to the kitchen. Hardwood floors and tiled areas throughout 1st floor.
Second Floor Entries: Offers 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. The master bedroom suite is accessed from the 2nd floor open landing area with a large walk-in closet to the right of the entry hallway into the expansiveness feel with the cathedral ceiling, recessed lighting and ceiling fan. The fireplace is enhanced with green marble hearth, double french doors lead onto the master suite balcony with table chairs and umbrella overlooking the back yard.
A wide screen cable TV allows guests to relax in privacy. The bath features double vessel sinks, a jet tub and shower separated from the rest of the bathroom by a wide glass door. 3 additional bedrooms with a variety of features including private full baths, 1BR with fireplace, 1BR with balcony. Hardwood floors throughout 2nd floor and tiled bathrooms.
