You're going to love it! Third (top) floor, end unit condo in small condominium complex, overlooking the beaver ponds with gorgeous, unobstructed view of mountains.
This two bedroom, two bath condo sleeps six. It can also be rented as one bedroom, one bath condo that sleeps a maximum of four. Large living/dining room with woodburning fireplace and queen-size sofa sleeper. Newly and nicely furnished. Wood balcony has access from living room and master bedroom. Kitchen fully-equipped and washer and dryer in unit. Tiled entry way has place to hang coats and skis. Condo has one queen bed in master bedroom and two twin beds in second bedroom. Three TV's, one VCR, one DVD, and one CD player. Two parking spaces are included, one in garage and one surface.
Condo complex hot tub available October through May. Close to four ski resort areas, bike path, Lake Dillon, Nordic center, grocery store, Frisco's Main Street, and close to outlet store shopping.

Glenn and Karen are a professional couple who love the mountains all year round. We enjoy concerts, movies, outdoor activities and trips overseas.
Why the Owner Chose Meadow Creek
Frisco is a "real" town with real amenities. It's a short trip from Denver and its airport is surrounded by several ski areas. Mountain towns (Breckenridge and Vail) are easy to get to from our location.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We always feel at home and at peace in our mountain home. We looked for many years at many properties, but none had everything we wanted, until we saw this. We wanted to share our good fortune with others.

This condo was great. We took our 2, 9 year old nieces for their 1st ski trip Jan 1-5 2009 and we had a great time. The condo had everything that you would need. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

I would like to say this was not a very pleasant place to stay since I would like to keep it all to myself, but I can not. This property and it's owners were super and very accommodating in every way. It is a great place to stay and is centrally located to EVERYTHING in the Summit area. I will definitely stay at this property again and again.
