La Casa Sud is part of an old farmhouse on a hill overlooking the Gulf of Castellammare in Sicily. The spectacular views of vineyards and olive groves leading to the mountains and the sea have been the focal point in restructuring the farmhouse into two separate apartments, one of which is inhabited year round.
La Casa Sud, available for rent by the week or by the month, offers a double bedroom and a single bedroom (a 2nd bed can be added), each with its own bathroom. It has a fully- equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Wi-Fi (Wireless Internet) and a living and dining area that gives on to a vine-shaded terrace looking out to the Mediterranean.
The beaches of the Gulf of Castellammare are a 15-minute drive from the farmhouse, while in less than an hour one can reach the major tourist attractions of Western Sicily: Palermo, Monreale, Trapani, Erice, the Greek temples of Segesta or Selinunte, and the Nature Reserve of the Zingaro.
