Year Purchased: 2000
We bought this house in 2000 because of it's fabulous views over double fairways with incredible Arizona sunsets. The location is so perfect, just six doors away from the heated pool and hot tub. We love hiking, golfing, and tennis. The Sun Lakes community is so inviting with three golf courses in the Ironoaks community. The house was completely redone two years ago with granite counters, new kitchen, new bathrooms, and new travertine flooring. There is also a guest house, which is not included for rent in this listing, but could be rented for an additional fee. We hope you get to enjoy the lifestyle we enjoy and cherish in the Sun Lakes community.

The Unique Benefits of this House
Easy access to all of Arizona--fabulous shopping--favorite morning walks are to AJ's for a great cup of coffee and a croissant! Restaurants abound and if you want to golf--there are an incredible amount of courses within a 5 miles radius in addition to the 27 holes at IronOaks. Hiking is great with the Superstitions, South Mountain and other ranges just a short distance away. Tennis--there are 2 clay courts at Ironwood in addition to the 3 heated pools and hot tub. One pool has a handicapped access if needed. At Oakwood (part of Ironoaks) there are 3 additional pools, hot tub. We have bikes, pool toys, men and women's golf clubs and more at the house.
