Whether you enjoy fishing, swimming, boating, or just relaxing in a gorgeous locale, this lakefront chalet is the place for you. Located on the main channel of Logan Martin Lake, it also has a small private cove that brings the water right up to the house. The view is amazing. There are 2 piers, one in the cove and one on the main channel. A huge deck on top of the boathouse provides a great place to enjoy the view.
A pavilion by the water provides a sheltered place to sit close to the pier. The 2 bedroom/2 bath house has just been renovated and features a beautiful kitchen with quartz counters and stainless steel appliances. The great room has hard wood floors and a huge wood burning fireplace which makes this a great retreat for any time of the year. The main level also has a dining area, a bedroom with 2 twin beds, a bathroom, and laundry.
Upstairs is a bedroom with a queen bed (and a great view), a bathroom, and a loft sitting area where our queen sized aero-bed can be used to sleep one or two more. An individual would feel comfortable relaxing alone here or it would be a great romantic getaway for couples. Guys, come fish for a few days. Girls, call your friends to come join you for a weekend (or more) of chill time. Bring your boat and fishing gear or enjoy our two kayaks.
Our reading library and game cabinet will keep you entertained if you don’t want to be out on the water. Enjoy a bottle of wine (or hot chocolate) in front of the fire in the winter. We have 2 TV's with cable access, internet, a DVD player, and a CD player with an iPod dock. Bring your own music or select from the collection on site. We’re 10 minutes from Talladega Super Speedway so you can enjoy the race and then relax on the lake.
Cheaha State Park and Barber Motorsports Park are both about 30 minutes away. A Robert Trent Jones golf course and several others are nearby. A list of local restaurants with driving directions is provided for you.

I live in Pell City where I have a permanent residence on the lake and work (mostly) in Birmingham. I've lived on Logan Martin for 10 years and love the area. I bought the vacation rental house with the idea of living in it some day & renovated it accordingly.
Why the Owner Chose Lincoln
I love the beauty of Logan Martin Lake and its proximity to Birmingham where I work. Being at the lake makes me feel like I'm on vacation, even though it's only 45 minutes from the city.
The Unique Benefits of this House
I love the park like feel of the property, with the big trees and waterfront in view of the house. It feels much more secluded than it is. I can take the pontoon boat and ride all day if I want to because this is a large lake--or just sit out there & watch the sun set. It's the kind of place where you can actively play (swimming, boating, fishing, kayaking), or be perfectly content with a good book.
