Why the Owner Chose Callicoon
Callicoon area is very beautiful, quiet, and untouched. It is a great place for recreation in the summer with the Delaware River close and miles of great roads for biking. It is beautiful in the fall with changing leaves, and lovely in the winter when moonlight hits the snowy fields. The property is on the edge of a village, and is surprisingly secluded.

The living room is cozy and warm in the fall, winter, and spring with its gas fireplace. From the bedrooms, you hear the sound of the North Branch creek which is 50 feet away.
