A cozy urban retreat. Bright and sunny. Nicely furnished with beautiful linens and a fully appointed kitchen. Laundry is shared coin and on the same level. It is a five block walk to the Light Rail Train which reaches from the Mall of America, to the Airport and Downtown. Powderhorn Park is a very large city park 4-5 blocks away. Access to the extensive bike and recreational trail system is one block away on 18th. The Midtown YWCA is about 4 blocks away as well with a great indoor facility. Great access to uptown, downtown and located in the midst of midtown.

My husband and I spent the month of August in this cozy apartment. We loved how well appointed it was and the location was great for getting around the city and walking around Powderhorn Park. Salle was a dream to deal with and the other tenants in the building were welcoming and friendly. We couldn't have been happier.

Enjoyed our stay here. Condo has everything for comfortable stay. A car or bike is needed to get around...esp. for grocery shopping and sightseeing. Powderhorn Park is close by...wonderful place to walk/picnic. Modern appliances and bath fixtures a nice touch.
Recommended for:Pet owners, age 55+.

We stayed in this Condo for a month whilst visiting our daughter in Minneapolis. The place was clean and well-maintained and the owner, Salle, always helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and everything we needed for our stay was in the apartment. The shops nearby were great and as we didn't have a car we made good use use of the nearby bike ways, train and public bus system. The only drawback to the Condo was the wooden floorboards above - we could hear the upstairs occupants. However if we ever came again from Perth, Australia we would certainly stay here again.

Lovely condo - great for 2-3 people. Contemporary furnishings which were comfortable and lovely. Very nice ambienc'. We usually rent through VBRO in part to be able to prepare some of our meals and enjoy a quiet respite from activities . This was the perfect place. Wonderful, well stocked kitchen, With an 8 day stay the coin operated laundry was a welcome addition. Very convenient neighborhood-close to restaurants. grocery, coffee shop and more. Public transportation appeared easily accessible but since we had a car, and yes parking was available we didn't use it. Thwe will stay here again .

Well located condo for downtown activities. Easy walking distance from the convention center and Nicolette Mall. Contemporary furnishings, comfortable bed, and wonderful view of downtown.

The pictures and description match this cute little condo. The owner was available upon check-in to help us with unexpected key issues (not her fault!). Very clean and quiet (with windows closed and fan on - very hot weekend... we were comfortable.). Love the kitchen - so organized and stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. Fun to be in a neighborhood. Excellent parking situation and adorable outside table and chairs. I'd go back!
