We are uniquely located in a quiet neighborhood on a large, landscaped waterfront property. Our home has panoramic views of the lake and mountain from the main living and pool areas. A new dock, boat lift and fire pit is yours to enjoy.
Our single storey bungalow has a galley kitchen with full appliances, an eating bar that looks into the pool, and an adjacent dining area with sliding doors opening onto pool and outside deck area.
The large living room has 2 sofas, reclining lounge chair, coffee table, and an entertainment unit with flat screen TV and DVD player. Adjacent is the cozy family room with a gas fireplace and stunning views of the lake day and night. The space offers direct access to the patio and lakefront. The family room can sleep 2 on a double futon pull-out. The indoor salt water pool (not avail in winter) has a sitting area and views of the lake. French doors lead outside, from pool, to the fully-furnished patio with gas BBQ, grassed lounging areas and 75 ft of private shoreline.
The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed with walk-in closet and 4 piece en-suite with whirlpool tub. The second bedroom contains a queen-sized bed and third bedroom has a bunk bed with room for 2 additional cots.

Year Purchased: 2006
My husband has been coming to Osoyoos in summer for a decade. When we met he introduced me to Osoyoos and I fell in love with the town, people, lake and weather. On our first trip we knew we wanted to find property on the lake and were fortunate to find this house. We live in Edmonton and plan on retiring in Osoyoos. Our kids love the water activities including our indoor pool. We love golfing, cycling, hiking, fishing, working out at the local gym, visiting wineries and the great local pub atmosphere.
Why the Owner Chose Osoyoos
The weather in Osoyoos is fabulous all year round. In the summer you can enjoy all the recreational pleasures that the lake offers as well as hiking, golfing. In the winter you have easy access to winter activities including skiing at Mt. Baldy and Apex.

You can't beat being on the lake overlooking undeveloped landscapes, tranquil morning sunrises for early morning breakfast, evening relaxation by the outdoor fire-pit or having a soothing dip in our indoor saltwater pool. Bring your boat and water toys or enjoy fishing off the end of the dock. The views of the surrounding orchards, vineyards and natural landscapes are unbeatable from the property or by touring on the lake.
