If you are looking for incredible sunset views, secluded privacy, and the potential for an activity filled weekend, our "Vineyards Overlook" cabin has it all! Located near all of the North Georgia Mountain attractions, you will be able to enjoy numerous activities nearby or just relax on the private deck in the large rockers or bench swing.
Outdoor activities on site include playing horseshoes, grilling out, or just relaxing by the fire and temporarily forgetting about life's worries.
Nearby outdoor activities include great hiking on the Appalachian Trail, numerous waterfalls including Anna Ruby Falls, Amicalola Falls, or Ravens Cliffs. There is also challenging hiking up to Brasstown Bald, Blood Mountain, or Mount Yonah. If mountain biking or road cycling are your passion, there are single track mtb trails in Alpine Helen just 15 minutes away or several popular road rides including six-gap century or the less strenuous three-gap 50. There are also water-sports nearby including numerous trout streams for the fisherman in the group or tubing down the upper sections of the Chattahoochee River through Helen. Finally, the north end of Lake Lanier is only 25 minutes away for boating, sailing, or jet-skiing.
If a less active agenda is preferred, there are local wine tasting opportunities at Frogtown Winery, visible from the main deck, or take a tour through one of the three vineyards within just a few miles of "Vineyards Overlook". For the vacationer looking for that special antique or unique piece of furniture, there are plenty of opportunities for shopping in nearby Cleveland, Helen, and Dahlonega.
Finally, there are many dining opportunities for that special occasion that may be worth celebrating including The Gateway Inn, West Family Restaurant, and Glenda's in Cleveland, the historic Smith House in Dahlonega, or many unique restaurants in Helen.

- Mountain View: The long range view overlooks Frogtown Winery and Vineyard approximately 3 miles away, two distinct mountain ranges in the distance beyond Frogtown Winery.

Why the Owner Chose Cleveland
Our Location could not possibly be better. This cabin has been in the family for over 20 years and is the perfect weekend retreat within minutes of all of the North Georgia mountain attractions. We finally chose to share our mountain get-away with vacationers from all over the country who have the same passion for the outdoor life that we have enjoyed for so long. The view from the private rear deck with spectacular sunset views also overlooks Frogtown Vineyards and Winery, Blackstock Vineyards, and Three Sisters Winery. The location is also central to Helen, Ga., Dahlonega, Ga., and Mount Yonah.

Owner's Map of Cleveland
The Owners, Sam Beale and Mark Edwards have been best friends for over 25 years. We met in college and both have careers in Real Estate Development and Construction Management. We have families who also have a passion for the outdoors, especially hiking, biking, horseback riding, and antique hunting in the North Georgia mountains. This cabin is the perfect weekend retreat within minutes of three wineries, great hiking and biking, and several mountain towns for antique hunting.
