Extremely well furnished, four IDENTICALLY-SIZED master bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed, their own bathroom, and a 180-degree view of the ocean. (An additional 5th bed/bath suite has a separate entrance and a queen bed).
The 40-foot infinity pool overlooks the Caribbean, and is one of the very few HEATED pools on the island. The pool and sunning patio are very private; you are invisible to the world.
This is a new villa, and the pool is even newer as of 2008.

Year Purchased: 2002
Steven B. and Gisela Stevens. We enjoyed St. Martin so much that we later returned and built this villa to rent. We have extensive experience with all-things travel related, and have both worked as travel agents in the past. Steven was a newscaster and is the broadcast hall of fame. Why the Owner Chose Terres Basses
We've traveled the world and never seen an ocean-view property with this much beauty, this many restaurants nearby, and such world-class beaches. We chose Terras Basses because it's the largest gated community in the Caribbean, all the home sites are 2.5 acres, and there are more than a dozen jumbo jets flying in from North America daily. In fact, check out Maho Beach where you can watch jumbo jets fly directly over you and land.
