Extremely well furnished, four IDENTICALLY-SIZED master bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed, their own bathroom, and a 180-degree view of the ocean. (An additional 5th bed/bath suite has a separate entrance and a queen bed).
The 40-foot infinity pool overlooks the Caribbean, and is one of the very few HEATED pools on the island. The pool and sunning patio are very private; you are invisible to the world.
This is a new villa, and the pool is even newer as of 2008.
Great restaurants, lots to do or simply curl up with a book. Mainly, it’s about you and what you want to do. We simply facilitate with fine architecture, great decor and views that will be postcards in your mind for a lifetime.

Mrs. Stevens, Thanks so much for renting your villa to us. The amenities provided were even more than we expected, from the fine large linen towels to the wonderful kitchen & dining area. The villa is spotlessly clean & well decorated. The villa exceeded our expectations. After going to this villa, I would not stay in a villa without a heated pool. Although we hated to see each day end, we couldn't wait to watch the sunset over the ocean. The view from every room is incredible. I hope to rent from you again. We had the most enjoyable time ever since we started visiting St Martin. Your villa is incredible and just relaxing. We went to Orient Beach a few times and when we returned to the villa it felt like home. The villa is better than the pictures can ever show. Our next time back to St Martin we will definitely stay at Villa Giselle. We highly recommend staying here. The villa is extremely clean and well maintained. This is something we look for no matter if we stay in a villa or at a resort. You were very helpful before and during our stay. Base rate is for 2 bedrooms (summer only). Most reserve 3, 4 or 5 bedrooms for additional savings.
At $228/couple per day (summer) or $335/couple per day (winter), a week's vacation for 8 (4 bedrooms) would cost between $6,400 and $9,400 depending on the season.
In summer we accept a special 2-bedroom rate of $4,400.

About the owner: Gisela Stevens: We enjoyed St. Martin so much that we later returned and built this villa to rent. We have extensive experience with all-things travel related. Why the Owner Chose Terres Basses:
I've traveled the world and never seen an ocean-view property with this much beauty, this many restaurants nearby, and such world-class beaches. I chose Terras Basses because it's the largest gated community in the Caribbean, all the home sites are 2.5 acres, and there are more than a dozen jumbo jets flying in from North America daily. In fact, check out Maho Beach where you can watch jumbo jets fly directly over you and land.
