Welcome to Atticus' Landing designed by Frazier Ferrara and taken back to it's original FL mid-century charm this home will be homebase to hours of relaxing fun and attractions in this unique area of old Florida. Palmetto is a bird sanctuary and you'll be hard pressed to find a quieter more hidden gem than Atticus' Landing. One house back from the Manatee River, enjoy the afternoon breezes on one of the two outdoor patios. You'll not want for anything in this extremely modern escape. Bosch appliances and a wine refrigerator to name a few in the red chef's kitchen.
The owner is a personal chef and will be happy to provide meals and provisions...we'll help you organize everything...right down to a stocked wine refrigerator. The master suite with shower, bath and private entrance are just part of the exceptional split floorplan design that offers a unique set-up for 3 couples or six friends. The large guest bath is shared by the two guest bedrooms with flat screen televisions. One guest bedroom opens to a private outdoor deck. The front and back yard is filled with trees and tropical landscaping...you'll feel of old Florida charm without missing a beat on modern luxury. Flat screen TV/DVD/CD in main living area with DVD collection. Private sun room with bar and seating area for entertaining. Cotton sheets a must on every bed and separate heating and air systems for guest to adjust temperatures to their liking.
Only minutes from Snead Island and the Emerson Point Preserve for bird watching and wildlife or 15 minutes to Anna Maria Island and stunning gulf beaches. There are three marinas within a five mile radius in this hidden FL community. It's truly paradise. We can customize your vacation for you right down to charter boat rentals and guests passes to the yacht club. We'd love for you to be our guest at Atticus' Landing. Dogs are welcome...no cats please...the owners are allergic. We'd prefer pets under 30 pounds, please. We'll look forward to seeing you soon!

We bought Atticus' Landing as our second home and soon discovered that this was where we wanted to live. We have invested in a primary home and don't want to let go of our mid-century gem in Palmetto.
