Come stay awhile... make yourself at home in our home. Windjammer condo building is located directly on the ocean with its own boardwalk to the beach. We are less than a mile from the Port Canaveral Jetty and 1 1/2 miles from the famous Cocoa Beach Pier. Enjoy the ocean view from the moment you walk in the front door, from the living room, from the kitchen, from the master bedroom or from the balcony.
If you are a morning bird, wake to the sun rising over the Atlantic, illuminating the bedroom. If you need to sleep in, draw the electric shutters closed and enjoy a lazy morning in bed... in the dark! The good quality cotton linens and nice mattress will be restorative.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all cooking needs. You have a blender, a hand-held blender, full size crockpot, coffee maker, toaster, electric hand held cake mixer, Kitchen Aid flour mixer, mini and regular size food processor, pressure cookers, Cuisinart pots and pans with glass lids, electric steamer, new double oven, and a new dishwasher.
Watch launches from Kennedy Space Center from the beach or balcony. Amazing!
Excellent "health food" store a few blocks from home, check it out, it's called at Sunseed Coop.
The Cape Canaveral rec center is right down the road. Loads of planned activities such as Tai Chi, Karate, Yoga etc.
The Cape Canaveral library is also very close.

Year Purchased: 2004
My husband's job has put us on the road for the time being. This truly is our home, we just removed our personal belongings, but everything practical for everyday living is still there... even the hairdryer. We miss the community of Cape Canaveral and look forward to returning in 2010.
Why the Owner Chose Cape Canaveral
We were living in Orlando when we decided to buy in Cape Canaveral. There was just nothing like walking into the condo and seeing the view of the Atlantic. Plus Cape Canaveral is close enough to Orlando that my husband could still commute.
