As world travellers who call Toronto home, we always appreciate the city's energy, multiculturalism and music and arts scene when we come home from abroad. We love eating out and going out, so we bought what we thought was the ultimate location for someone who wants to really explore the city.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The condo is almost brand new, funky and in an incredible location--so central to the Queen Street shopping, bars and restaurants that you practically walk out the door and you are in the middle of things. It's a rare spot for a residential condo--there is almost nothing else quite like it location-wise...street noise is surprisingly almost nil despite being only a few doors north of busy Queen.
Note that you don't really need a car here, as there is so much within walking distance. The subway is a couple of blocks away, and you'll never wait more than 30 seconds for a taxi right out front--at any time of night or day. An ideal location for the Toronto Film Festival.
Legendary dingy live venue has hosted everyone from the Rolling Stones, the Band, Police, Ramones and Willie Nelson to The Tragically Hip, Blue Rodeo and Skydiggers
