  This house was defiantly home away from home! We come from Creston, British Columbia and enjoyed our stay extremely much with our 5 children! The house was much bigger and better than what we expected it to be (even though we expected it to be great!) The pool was a great place to relax and spend time in. The house was fully furnished with decorations which made it feel very homey!!! We will DEFIANTLY come back here if we decide to come to Arizona again. Suzanne was easy to get everything figured out with, and was always ready if we had any problems! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home!

  The photos say it all. The house is very comfortable and the pool was wonderful. We Oregonians loved enjoying the sunshine while floating in the pool in March! Biking, golfing and hiking are nearby. The kitchen has everything you could imagine to make great meals at home. The owners were always available by phone and took care of any questions promptly.

  An extremely well kept home with ammenities that far exceed any vacation rental I have ever been in. An excellent choice for a family get away or for couples to share. This was a last minute vacation and as mentioned in other reviews Suzanne was extremely accomodating and helpful. We will stay again if given the chance.

  The house was wonderful - clean, modern, well appointed, and perfect for what we needed. The owner was also very responsive to any issues we had. The pool heater was broken for the duration of our stay, unfortunately, but the owner did really try to get it fixed during the time we were there. I was definitely recommend the house to others, and would stay there again.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  Renting a home in arizona was something my wife and i have always wanted to do since my wife started to golf. After scanning the listings we decided to rent this home due to the description and the pictures. I must tell you, we were so pleased when everything was so much better than what we anticipated. The home was just that....a home! We felt welcome the moment we entered the door. Pride of ownership rings true through the furnishings and art niknaks that adorn the home. One thing that always concerns my wife and me, is how comfortable the bed is and will we sleep ok. Well.....the king size bed was as comfortable as our own and we paid dearly for it. After a day on the golf course, it was great to come home to the beautiful little pool in your own backyard. A pool is so necessary, but a pool to yourself instead of a shared one in a complex is heaven. The bbq and outdoor patio funishings completed the backyard enjoyment. I had the honor of finding and securing a place for my wife and myself. I phone the contact number and was connected with Suzanne. I must tell you, if you have never rented before, this is the owner that you want to deal with for your first time. Informative and pleasant. there was more info about the home, the amenities and the area than could be anticipated. She is just so easy to deal with. When asked if we would recommend this home to a friend?? absolutely! you would be doing a disservice not to recommend this home for consideration. Suzanne.....my wife and I thank you kindly for a very pleasurable holiday. we'll see yu again in the fall.

  We appreciated the friendly manner in which Suzanne handled everything for the rental of their beautiful vacation home! A family reunion brought us to Arizona in June, and this home was so much fun for family meals and visits. My elderly mother whom we all came to see was so happy about everything! Thank you Suzanne for allowing us to stay in your spacious home. The kids had so much fun getting to know each other (some for the first time) again in the pool atmosphere. Once again, Thank-you.

  This place was all that was described! It was a perfect distance from the Airport and getting out of the craziness of Phoenix. The accomodations were perfect with everything you could want within miles. We loved the area so much we would love to get a permanent winter home someday. Thanks for a perfect vacation home and hope we can rent again in the future.

  This house is remarkable, its such a beautiful home. I stayed at Suzanne's place for about a month during August 2011 while on business. This place is defintely home away from home. It's located in an extremely quite and beautiful neighborhood. If you happen to have children there is a small park located directly across from the house. The pool was relaxing and very enjoyable after a hard days work. Suzanne was very helpful in answering any questions I had. The place is exactly as described. Suzanne's house has my full approval! Thanks Suzanne.
