We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Harbour Point. This condo is very tastefully appointed with high end furnishings and the kitchen is well equipped. The bay/golf view is very nice and we enjoyed watching the golfers. The golf cart is extremely useful for sightseeing the neighborhoods of sandestin, going to breakfast or dinner at Baytowne Wharf, shopping at Grand Blvd or commuting to the beach. I would highly recommend this condo and hope to stay there again on future trips.

One of the nicest places we have stayed in the Destin area. The condo was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, great floorplan, well-stocked kitchen, excellent bedding, great view of Links Golf Course and Baytowne Wharf (from a distance). The condo is located fairly close to the main entrance making ingree and egress to Hwy 98 very easy. Use of the golf cart to get around the resort was an added plus. The owner was extremely easy to work with, answered all out questions, and everything was as advertised. We would definely stay there again.

What a great rental unit. The owners are personally involved right from the get go. They have thoughtfully furnished it with extras that will make you vacation complete. The place is exceptionally clean. We have been coming to Sandestin for years and this was the best rental by far.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The location was great in the Sandestin area, and an easy ride to the beach plus a short stroll to the pool which was used daily. My family and I had a great time here and we saved money by being able to put the kitchen to use! Karen was great to work with and very quick in responding to any of my questions. It has great views and easy access to the Baytown Wharf area, plus a very clean and well maintained condo. We will be back here for sure! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Myself and 4 of my girlfriends rented this condo from June18-25 and let me tell you....."It was awesome!" Everything was so easy to get to (food, shopping, beach) The condo was the perfect size for the 5 of us and it was beautifully decorated and had all the comforts of home. Karen was a treat to deal with and was very helpful in answering all of my questions. This will be top of the list for the BIG 4-0 celebration next summer. Thanks again Karen!!!!

This condo was absolutely perfect for us. We had our two kids with us and this was a perfect fit. It is far from the beach, but that turned out to be a real advantage. We had some quiet time and rode bikes a lot, the wharf area is perfect to ride your bikes to with the family. The condo is great. It is very nicely furnished and has everything you need! Rental was unbelievably easy and my deposit came back super-quick! Thank you so much. If we are ever in Destin again I will definitely rent this condo! I have rented a lot through VRBO, and this was the best one yet!

A Great Vacation!

I was waiting until I got my damage deposit check back before I added my review. We checked out last Friday. Today is Tuesday and I have my check already. I should have known. Karen (the owner) has been just great to work with. The condo is everything the ad said it would be...beautifully updated, great location, free wifi. One thing not mentioned on her ad is the great beds. We have had some really bad experiences with beds in other VRBO properties. These beds and linens were all wonderful. The Sandestin location is a great choice for couples or families. Everything is close...the beach, shopping, lots of restaurants. Yet there was very little traffic and noise. We also especially loved the grounds in the resort. It was a great place to walk, lots of trails, beautiful flowers everywhere. We would highly recommend this property!!! Thanks Karen for everything!

This is the perfect location in Sandestin. We've been coming to Sandestin for over 20 years and love this area - quiet, great views, great access to everything!!. You've done a great job with remodeling and decor of the condo!! This was a treat!!

A Great Place to Call Home for the Winter!

We were here for nearly 2 months, and barring the unseasonably cool winter throughout Florida, it was a perfect place for us. The condo is lovely and well furnished with good furniture, a comfy master bed, good linens, plush towels, and well-equipped kitchen. Having two full baths was a plus, though the master walk-in shower was our favorite for daily use! All the appliances are top notch, and the flat screen TV's are awesome! The view is terrific, looking across Coctawhatchee Bay to Baytowne Wharf, with the boats in the marina and the lights at night. Plus there's a golf hole right in front and it was very entertaining to watch the golfers try to make their shots!! Conveniently located, you don't have to meander through the entire Sandestin complex to get to this condo, which was a plus, though it's not near any noise factor either. Close to shopping, grocery stores, and really just a short drive into the main part of Destin, too, which we explored often. The owners of this condo are very responsive and aim to make sure your stay is perfect, which it was! We would definitely come back here, for extended or short stays, either one!

Best Vacation Ever!

I spent 6 weeks at Karen & Phil's condo and even though it was the longest cold spell in 100 years for that area of Florida, I was never bored. There are so many things to do in the Sandestin community and surrounding area. There was an ice skating rink, fireworks for New Year's Eve, and there are miles of biking & walking paths. The condo is furnished with everything one would need on a vacation--and it is all new! I could bake, cook, use my laptop to stay in touch with my famillly, and watch movies which were provided. For the warmer days, the beach is only about 10 minutes away. This condo is in the prime location for all the events. I expect to go back as soon as my time allows. Thanks Karen & Phil--you were great to work with.
