Our luxurious condo is part of the brand new spectacular Beachside Resort & Conference Center. Beachside is Key West and South Florida's newest and most premier resort, conference center and spa. Each residence is individually owned and available for daily, weekly or extended stays.
Our two bedroom 2 1/2 bath condo is furnished with the "best of the best" and has a spiral staircase off the balcony right to the pool and private beach and has views of the water off the deck. Beachside is a 7 acre waterfront property with a private beach, lush tropical grounds, waterfront swimming pool with pool bar, spa, world-class dining and more.
Amenities include: Fully equipped kitchen with upgraded stainless steel appliances and cooking accessories; washer & dryer with iron & ironing board; all towels & linens; central air & ceiling fans; outdoor oversized poolside deck with views of the waterfront; large shared pool, spa & beach; 3 flat panel TV's, DVD, and entertainment center with music and I-Pod Docking Station; DSL high speed internet with available Wi-Fi system; and assigned parking spot for 1 car.
Resort amenities include: Private beach; waterfront swimming pool, spa & waterfront food & beverage service; room service; 7 acre waterfront property with lush tropical gardens; grand 2 story lobby featuring an elegant bar and fine dining; 24 hour front desk services; conference, meeting & banquet services; and courtesy van shuttle to and from Duval Street.

We stayed at Cindy and Craig's Marriott condo first week in December 2012 -perfect time of year -kids in school, weather not too hot (for those in the menopausal chapter of their lives), and last chance for sun before the onset of Winter. The condo was spotless with furnishings of a luxury home. I fell in love with the Sub Zero frig!. The condo overlooked the pool and jacuzzi area, along with being steps from a well stocked outdoor bar. The Marriott has a shuttle into Duval street every hour from early morning to 11 PM so you don't have to worry about parking. We witnessed about 2 weddings while staying there...so romatic with the candlelight and music loud enough to drown out my husband's screams of "DON'T DO IT"!!!!!! to the groom-to-be. The king size beds were ultra comfy and Craig and Cindy provided everything you could want in the condo. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for that little piece of heaven. Thank you so much for being such great hosts and we will visit again before my teeth are in a cup- promise. Peace- Kate and DaveRecommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, tourists without a car.

We were married 11/11/11 in Murfreesboro, TN. I proposed November 4, 2010 and I chose a date that no husband could ever forget. I will always remember my Anniversary. I had kept our wedding location a secret from my bride until the day before we were married. (Guys you try doing that...) Everything worked out perfect...I also kept our destination a secret except she knew our place was in Key West. We made our way up to the Condo and when we opened the door, my wife was so amazed and surprised. We travel all over the world just returning from Africa and Paris recently...she had no ideal what I had planned for this trip. I have to say this getaway exceeded all of our expectations. We loved the location, the pool and the Condo was so beautiful inside. . The staff was so great. Everything was so clean and luxurious. We took advantage of a sunset dinner cruise, para-sailing, jet skiing, snorkeling, and Duval Street's charm. Thanks guys for sharing your property which provided such a romantic atmosphere for our Honeymoon Getaway.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

Replacing the old Holiday Inn, the Beachside Resort is brand new construction and, although each condo is individually owned, the resort is run by Marriott and you will find all the amenities and comforts that you expect from such a high class resort operator. We knew this would be a special place so purchased our over $1.0 million condo during preconstruction and added a more than $75,000 furniture package to it to make sure we had the best of the best to offer. Located on the water at Mile Marker 4 our condo overlooks the gorgeous pool and has views of the water off the private balcony. A courtesy shuttle takes you to Duval Street and picks you up on the hour.
