Formosa Gardens Estates is a beautiful Gated Community, offering spacious homes built on one third and half acre plots. Our home is situated on a half-acre plot running down to the waters edge of Star Lake.
This is a most beautiful plot as it offers uninterrupted views of the lake, we have 150 ft of waters edge for our own use, so for those of you interested in fishing you will find the lake filled with Bass fish. Or if you enjoy nature watching you will find plenty of entertainment with the local wildlife.
You will find the home furnished to a high standard and offering all the modern comforts you could wish for in a high-class holiday home.
The House:
When entering the property the first thing that strikes you is the amazing amount of space, nearly 3,750 sq ft.
The kitchen is fully upgraded to the highest standard and has solid wood cabinet doors and has all upgraded appliances, quality cookware, crockery, cutlery and equipment you will find nothing missing in this kitchen as we are both exceptionally keen cooks, love entertaining and this house is just the perfect place for large gatherings.
All the public areas have top quality upgraded Italian ceramic floor tiles, spacious living room with beautiful views overlooking the lake and pool area. Good quality sofas and chairs, This room has large French doors opening onto the deck area and a separate door opening out onto the lanai area.
We have two Dining areas; one area is off the kitchen and has French doors opening out onto the lanai, again overlooking the pool and lake, and the other Dining area is in the front of the house with a Large Oak Table and Dining Chairs. To keep the children happy and perhapes the men folk as well we have a full size slate bed pool table in the air conditioned Garage
The Home has two opulent Ground floor King Master Suites, one with large French doors overlooking the large pool and beautiful lake. All the suites have Bathrooms, and all have hairdryers, window treatments and TVs in every room with remote control, all have clock radios.
Whether you are eating breakfast with the morning sunshine or enjoying a meal in the evening. Watching the sunset over the lake and listening to the water flowing, you really could not wish for a better place.

Low Season: Jan-Sep ........... $375/night plus 13% Tax
Mid Season: Mar-Jun, Oct-Dec .. $400/night plus 13% Tax
High Season: Jul-Aug ........... $425/night plus 13% Tax
Holiday Wks: Christmas, New Year, Easter, Thanksgiving .. $450/night plus 13% Tax
Pool Heat $50 per day: This is due to the pool size being so large and holding.
Bookings 6 nights and under will be charged a clean fee of $200.
Refundable Breakages deposit required with all bookings of $500.
All bookings require a 25% deposit to secure Bookings.

My wife and I purchased Loch Lorian new and have enjoyed many many happy holidays in the home our three year old daughter absolutly loves the pool area and childrens pool; We wish all our guests a very happy vacation and hope they have as much enjoyment out of the home that we have had.
We also have a wonderful management company, to attend to any needs that you may have.
