The home sits on a large lot with wonderful neighbors available to help you if needed. All utilities, including unlimited long distance phone within the USA and wireless internet are included. All lawn care and maintenance details are included, so you can spend your time enjoying the benefits of Sunny Florida during your stay. Owners still have Dec of 2009 and January of 2010 available.
The location is ideal with 3 grocery chains and a Super Wal-Mart close by. There are multitudes of restaurants, Florida department stores, and most nations chains. During the winter months there are innumerable community events, team sports, individual sports and Club House activities right in the community. In the greater area of The Villages there are many free entertainment events, two 8-plex movies with 16 different movies at any given time, and live theater and musical events. It would be impossible to take advantage of all the opportunities presented.
