Executive Stone and Split Log Home in private prestigious community of Timber Ridge Phase II on Lake Windermere, BC with the town of Invermere on the Lake a short 6km drive away. In this year round playground and private community there is a gated boat launch and beach area that comes with a parking pass and a Gate Remote. There is a large playground area next to the stretch of beach on Lake Windermere, tennis courts are a short walk away from the house and beach area.
This spacious home is a fully equipped 5 bedroom, 3 bath, 8 beds. On the Main Level the Master suite has a spacious ensuite and walkin closet, the second bedroom on main level has 3 single beds with another full washroom/shower, large closet and Double sided Fireplace at entrance, the Lower Level walkout has 3 additional bedrooms with Queen beds and one bedroom with a Double and a Queen bed in it. We have two fireplaces, one up woodburning with gas starter, and one gas down, the Lower Level Walkout has a family room, equipped with a Foosball, games table as well as an entertainment centre which has a stereo DVD/CD player and a sound system that can be heard upstairs as well as down with controls on both levels, the Lower Level walkout has a traditional propane tank BBQ, the second kitchen is a summer kitchen (no oven)stove, bar fridge, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans,cutlery, dishes, glasses, coffee maker and coffee mugs, teapot and kettle available to make entertaining easier, both patios/decks have furniture, and there is an extra full size refridgerator in the laundry room.
The newest in water filtration system with a UV filter, Smoke/Propane/Carbon Monoxide Detectors and Security system, with a state of the art Stereo Media centre/system that you can hear and control from anywhere in the house. There is a Nana Door System which keeps bugs out but lets the outdoors in!
In this four season resort area there is every activity available for the outdoorsman or sports enthusiast. Across the road on the left there is a Bowling Alley that also is equipped with a Golf Simulater for the winter months or any time for practising your game. In the unit are 2 binders, one with the details and operations of all the house ammenities and the other Large Binder is filled with information on Golf, Skiing, Spa's, Art Galleries and Craft stores, maps etc. available for you to puruse at leisure and discover our beautiful Columbia Valley!
The cabin is nestled in the great outdoors, raccoons, squirrels, mice and other wildlife such as bears, deer, and sheep share the same pristine environment. Because of the nature of the wilderness please make sure to dispose of garbage in a responsible manner. Everything is provided for ease of disposal of same.
