The cabin is very clean and spacious with room to sleep at least 8. The location is good, just outside of Eagle Nest, with nice views. We had a great time. The property managers are very friendly and accessible. All of the amenities were fully functional. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect for a Mult-generational Homebase

We were looking for a laidback vacation that the entire family (grandparents, parents and children, twelve in all) could all enjoy. This home was perfectly located between the lake, fishing, horseback riding, river rafting and shopping. There was enough room for each family to have their own space but also gather for meals, games and puzzles. We really appreciated having the full laudry facilities. We loved the porches and the sectacular views. The kitchen was a little tight for more than two adults to work in but with alittle practice we were able to make really good use of the space we had. We are looking forward to making a trip up to Eagle Nest soon and really look forward to staying in this home again!! Thanks for the great week!!

This was our second stay at this location and we loved it! For this trip we had a group of 11 there for a wedding, this was a perfect home base for us to use in getting ready for the wedding as well as just the general running around and sight seeing! It was very spacious and easily accessible for all members of our group, ranging in age from 21 to 78! The hosts on site were very accomodating and were ready to help or provide us with whatever we needed. Lots of shopping, fishing and hiking to be found, nearby, as well as great restaurants. The view out the front or back door is amazing...we thoroughly enjoyed having our morning coffee on the front deck. We would definitely stay here again!

Lots of room for our 3 generations of family. The kids loved the nooks and hiding places. More than enough rooms to fill every need. The owners and property manager were superb and always available for questions. We were close enough to travel to Angel Fire, Red River, Taos and Sipapou. Hope to stay here again.

We had a great stay...plenty of room for our group of ten, with room to spare actually! The view was great and the location couldn't be better. Owners were great to deal with; we're already planning a trip back. Overall, a great place to "get away from it all", with all the comforts of home.

Our family spent our Christmas here. The house and hosts far exceeded our expectations. The house was cozy and a great retreat after a day at the slopes. This is a house you leave saying you will return!

Fantastic location, near Angel Fire, Red River and Taos. The views are exceptional. Very warm and cozy with plenty of space for the whole family. The owners are fabulous to work with and ready to help with any needs. Will definitely stay there again.

We needed a break from the heat in Texas and we got that and so much more! High Peaks Cabin is a complete package. The interior is warm and inviting plus tons of space for our group to divide kids and adults. The view out the front porch is awsome. Sit in the early morning and enjoy the sunrise or in the evening a glass of wine and the stars. It is relaxing and restful no matter what. Close to Angel Fire, Red River and Taos. Owners were very responsive to all our needs. Will try for a month next year!!

We stayed here during the 4th of July and really enjoyed our stay. The owners are very accomodating and helpful with whatever we needed. There were 12 of us and we all fit comfortably-the house is well kept, clean and nice. We would stay here again

This property is excellent for families wanting to get away and enjoy the delights at Eagle Nest and Angel Fire. This cabin is ideal for families or other large groups. The cabin is tastefully decorated, well stocked with all the conveniences of home and very near to the lake at Eagle Nest. Walking distance to the town where you can get ice cream or shop. The owners are friendly and responsive and will make sure you are comfortable. I highly recommend this cabin for anyone visiting in the area.

What a wonderful, spacious house! We thoroughly enjoyed it...The yard was perfect for the kiddos to play in the snow and it was in a great location...just 15-25 minutes from each of the main slopes (ie. Angel Fire, Taos, and Red River). The owners were very gracious and helpful. It was a fantastic experience and looking forward to our next visit. We would highly recommend this property.

I highly recommend this cabin. The location is great, close to all the attractions. The cabin is very roomy and well equipped. Our family of 12 spent one week at Christmas and enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Although this rating is a bit delayed since our vacation was 5 months ago, that is certainly no reflection on this property or the owners. Delighful and homey cabin, warm and cozy. Very refreshing while also being invigorating. Very highly recommended. We will be looking to return soon!
