  We are just back from our 8 nights on Kauai. The condo was fabulous! Absolutely gorgeous views from 2 of the 3 beds and also from living room and deck and more. You can even see the ocean from the shower upstairs and bathroom downstairs! We saw whales, dolphins and sea turtles all from the deck. Kitchen is well appointed and allowed for us to cook nearly all of our meals during our trip. Building was quiet with only the sound of the ocean and birds heard most of the time. Beds are comfortable with memory foam mattresses. Condo was very clean and well maintained. The photos do not do this place justice! Hot tub and pool was nice to use when we wanted to. There is also a nice walk from the property along the bluff to Shipwreck Beach/the Hyatt. We were also very close to Poipu beach and stores in Poipu as well. I wish the place had a bath tub but the other positives more than made up for this. Bill was very responsive via email and phone both before and during our trip. We plan to stay here again as soon as we can! Aloha!

  This condo was wonderful. It is a short walk to Poipu and Shipwreck Beach so we took advantage of both beaches. There are beautiful cliffs close to Shipwreck Beach which we hiked around. During our hikes we saw dozens of dolphins and sea turtles. We enjoyed meals on the lanai and one evening saw whales traveling right in front of the condo. They breached and flipped... they were beautiful. The condo was incredibly clean, well-maintained and had everything you would need and more. There were beach chairs available for use and beach towels. They had great kitchen supplies so we were able to cook in the condo for most meals making the trip more affordable. Great condo and Bill is easy and friendly to work with. He is quick to answer questions, help out with suggestions, and reply to e-mails. Thank you for letting us use your condo Bill! We had a wonderful time!

  The condo lived up to expectations! The view was idyllic! It was beautiful inside and fully equipped with anything you could want. It was close to beaches, dining, and shopping. I would definitely recommed it to family and friends.

  This is the second time I've stayed here and I would recommend it to any of my friends and family. The owners are great and they really care about making your vacation experience wonderful. The condo is five stars. Everything is modern and updated. Not only looks good, but is comfortable and relaxing. The beds are so cozy and the ocean breeze is fantastic. The condo is fully stocked with linens and kitchen cookware. It is also close to shopping, dining and Poipu Beach. There is onsite parking with its own little crooked tail cat that hangs out. He is quite adorable.

  Bill and Cathy’s place is really special. The location in the complex and the views of the ocean are really incredible- you can see both straight out to the ocean and down the shore to Poipu beach. The wrap around deck, with several seating areas, takes excellent advantage of the views. We didn’t want to leave the lounge chair on the deck! The great views are matched by a very high end remodel. The kitchen, bathrooms, and entire unit have been thoroughly and tastefully remodeled. The kitchen is very well equipped. Our family of five was very comfortable here and we would definitely rent this unit again. Bill was super helpful and responsive to questions. Highly recommended!

  We decided to have a holiday in Kauai with my daughters and decided to try a condo instead of hotels. We really enjoyed our stay and found Bill extremely helpful and friendly. The condo was beautiful clean and well equipped. It was lovely to sit on the balcony and eat our breakfast at our leisure before heading out for our days activities. I would recommend this accomodation without any hesitation.

  We stayed at Bill and Kathy's condo with 2 other couples and had plenty of room to relax and enjoy the awesome views from the spacious lanai. We were very happy we chose Kauai for our first experience in the Hawaiian Islands! The island adventures are endless and ending each day in the comfort of such a beautiful condo was exactly what we needed after exciting days kayaking, zip lining snorkeling, hiking, you name it! Thanks Bill and Kathy for opening your condo to us. It was especially nice to meet Kathy while she was on the island for an unexpected visit to her restaurant Pizzetta.

  We stayed in Bill and Cathy's place and enjoyed it very much. I was glad my friend found this place. Every morning we would eat breakfast on the wrap around lanai and watch the whales breach and fin slap. We even saw 2 whales breach together. Excellent location close to Poipu beach which has great snorkling. Place was very clean and fridge was stocked with condiments. We also left some things for others to use. It was so nice to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. Bill called us to make sure everything was fine with our stay. I would highly recommend this place. Would stay here again. It was very hard to leave.

  We have been in awe sitting on the deck,watching whale after whale jump....schools of dolphins swimming and jumping....seeing turtles up on shore all the while listening to the sounds of Hawaiian music playing on the cd player and enjoying a cup of coffee!! Also...waking up and opening our eyes to the ocean and palm trees swaying in the wind! This has been such a great place to stay....we all have enjoyed every minute of it! Can't wait to come back again....Thanks Bill for this awesome place to stay!! I will be recommending it to all of our friends and family heading to Kauai!

  Our first trip to Kauai was to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday and what a wonderful time we had! This condo was perfect for us and the other two couples that joined us for the week. The photos show exactly what you get. The owner was very responsive to e-mails as well as phone calls, We started every day with coffee on the lanai watching the waves crash on the rocks below and watching the turtles pass by as we planned our day's activites. The condo is in a great location, close to everything. My husband really enjoyed running up the beach to Beach House Beach. We also took daily walks to the nearby beaches. So beautiful! We ended the day with cocktails while watching beautiful sunsets, again from the lanai. We never used the inside dining table! The condo is beautifully remodeled with modern furnishings, granite countertops, tile and bamboo floors. It was very clean with comfortable beds and linens.The kitchen had everything we needed. (we stocked up on food/drink at Costco on our way from the airport) There were some condiments already in the condo, as well as a lovely welcome basket left by the owner. Beach towels, hairdryers and even a magnifying makeup mirror (for those of us with aging eyes!) were supplied. My favorite memory is sitting up every morning, looking to my left at the sunrise and straight ahead at the swaying palms overlooking the ocean. We are planning to bring our son on our next trip to Kauai and will definitely stay in this beautiful condo!
