Beautiful remodeled oceanfront that's got it all. Top floors, 3 levels total with magnificent views from every window. Deck on East and South sides let you catch the ocean breezes all the time.
The view to the East looks over the pool area and unto the condo complex, to the south all privacy, looking unto the ocean and West to Poipu beach. Sleep to the sounds of rustling palm fronds and sometimes in whale season you can hear the Humpback songs while you settle into sleep.
The exterior photos are how it is, no telephoto lens to make it look closer to the ocean. Everyone has loved our place.

Year Purchased: 2001
My wife and I have been loving the Poipu area for 11 years now. With the birth of our first grand child we are spending more time in the Seattle area and thought it would be a good opportunity to to share the home in Kauai we have come to love. It's a special place. When we remodeled we added the features that we wanted in our long term home. We were thinking of what we wanted not just what we could do to make it a vacation rental.
