We have a ground floor, waterfront condominium with room to accommodate your family!
One bedroom with king bed is creek-side with separate bath. The other bedroom has a queen bed and separate bath. A comfortable queen size hide-a-bed is in the living room. Local artwork adorn the walls, and furnishings were chosen with comfort in mind.
The deck out front has a spectacular view of south beach with waves crashing on the rocks and the creek out front is a busy place to watch children and dogs playing ... even river otters have been spotted going upstream!
The kitchen has been remodeled and furniture is very comfortable. We have taken every effort in providing everything you should want to make you feel at home during your stay!
If you are seeking a smaller accommodation, you may contact us about renting just the one bedroom portion of the unit.

I have been coming to Neskowin for over 50 years, and had a long-time goal of owning a property there someday. We live in California, but still drive 12 hours up 101 to our unit several times a year. We bring our kids and grandkids now, and everyone loves it. Our son-in-law calls it "A gem".
Why the Owner Chose Neskowin
Neskowin is the most beautiful beach on the Pacific Coast ... and Proposal Rock Inn was a favorite place we rented over the years. Not only does it offer a spectacular view, it is handy to walking on the beach and village ... the restaurant and store are just steps away. The ground floor unit makes it easy to accommodate the older folks, and having two bedrooms in a condo provides flexibility to have family and friends stay with us.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
The staff is very friendly and helpful. We use the propane barbecue in the common area and from our unit we can see lots of people walking the trail to the beach. (This actually is entertaining!)
