We spent a few days in this condo over Thanksgiving - our 1st time to SPI. Everything was great - the condo exceeded our expectations. It is exactly as described - very comfortable home away from home. The weather was great - we loved walking the beach and watching all the beach activities from the balcony. The sand sculptures and the kite boarders were neat entertainment. The owner (Bob) is very easy to work with and has provided a lot of area information to help make the experience smooth. We'd highly recommend this condo.

What a great place to stay! My sister and I stayed at Bob's condo for a week and loved every minute of it. The condo is just as stated in his description. AWESOME view from the balcony. Bob left a notebook full of suggestions of things to do on the island. We ate at nearby restaurants including Parrot Eyes, The Big Donkey and the Pier 19 Restaurant. There were also lots of fast food options like KFC, Whataburger, Taco Bell, Subway and Long John Silvers. We also went to Sea Turtle, Inc. and the Bird Center that were both not far from the condo. So, lots to do! I think it was $5 to go to the Bird Center and Sea Turtle, Inc. took a donation. So, very inexpensive and really cool things to see at both places. I would most certainly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great getaway. Everyone was so friendly there and Bob was great to work with in renting the condo. LOVED IT!

My sister and I stayed here for the Period of 8/25 through 8/28 and had a great time. The owner gave us excellent recommendations for places to go on the island, especially places to eat. Our favorite for atmosphere and food was PadreRitaVille; if you wanted you could walk to it, however, we always drove. The view from the balcony patio was breathtaking and the balcony patio was much larger than you can tell from the pictures. Had we made our own food while we were there it would have been an excellent place to sit and eat while enjoying the view. We liked it so much we can't wait to go back next summer.

This place was really nice - just as it was described! The owner is extremely accessible and very quick to respond The view from the balcony was top notch, you can see the beach extend for miles in both directions and it's not so high up where you can't enjoy the ocean sounds. Get up a little early watch the sunrise, really spectacular. Go check out the Sea Turtle Rehabilitation Center and the Natural Birding Center. The room itself was very clean and updated. The kids slept perfectly on the pull out bed. The location of the resort itself was well positioned and close to many surf shops and restaurants.

Bob; Thank u for renting us the wonderful condo that u provided. Me and my mate found it very confortable and relaxing. This was our first time renting and being on a real vacation in over 20 yrs. Captin Roys and Texas Moon were our favorite places to eat. Friendly and very afforadable. Also being close to Walmart and HEB also helped out a lot. This is a great place for couples,families, and everyone. The beach was great as was the pool and hot tub.

We had such a wonderful vacation, and the perfect condo to stay in. Everything is as described, and Bob is extra helpful. It was easy to make the arrangements, and the condo was great. Never missed a morning sunrise on the spacious (quite large) balcony. The hot tub, and swimming pool are clean, and well maintained. The notebook FULL of information for various activities (provided by Bob) was extremely helpful as well. We hope we are able to return again next year, and bring our teenager along with us for the fun. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience Bob!

This was the first time we have ever rented a condo for a vaction, and I don't think it will be the last. We had a great expierence renting from Bob. The condo was perfect. Clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The balcony was huge and very comfortable. Access from parking and to the beach was perfect. There was even a list, suggesting places to eat and we tried everyone. All Great. Hope to go back next year.

We needed a last minute place to stay that wasn't going to over charge us an arm and a leg (unnamed 4 star hotel on the island) for mediocre rooms with limited view during off peak season. Instead we found this lovely 1/1 ocean view condo for a great deal! Since we needed it in less than 48 hours Bob worked with us on paperwork, deposit, and payment. The condo itself was very clean and very comfortable. The balcony was HUGE with comfortable chairs, etc. The views could NOT be beat! Bed was comfortable. New cabinets and hot water heater had been installed. The condo building itself has garage parking. The location of the condo is further up the beach than all of the commerical hotels which equals a more mature crowd and a lot less people in general. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, very nice, and relaxing vacation. We'll definately look to using Bob again for our next trip to South Padre!

We enjoyed our stay at Bob's condo! The condo was very comfortable for my husband and I and our 2 children. The beach access was the best! The property is well-maintained and communication with Bob was very easy. We look forward to going back next year!

Was our first time in Padre, loved it! The condo (704) was perfect for us. Being right on the beach was a blast, if not on the beach we were on the balcony watching all the action down below. Walking on the beach around 9pm to a nearby beach club for a nice cold beverage was our favorite thing to do. Parasailing was fabulous and so were the shops, all very accommodating. The location, the clean and well maintained condo, the very accommodating owner and the clear waters of the southern Gulf makes this vacation destination a five star stay for us. Overall the condo was an outstanding deal for our week long family vacation. The balcony was MUCH larger than we anticipated and greatly enjoyed it. Having the ability to take the elevator directly down to the beach is a BIG plus.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this condo! Everything was very clean and comfortable. We would love to stay here again soon. We did have to leave early because of the hurricane, though. Hopefully we can enjoy a longer stay next time. Thanks, Bob, for a great vacation!

My husband and I along with our 9 month old daughter just returned from this condo and were so pleased with our stay. It was our first time to Padre and I had never used an online service to rent a condo before. When I saw the pictures posted online I decided to take a chance. I was very pleased upon arrival. The unit was a little smaller than what I thought it would be but it didn't effect our stay and was perfect for us. It may be a little crowded with 4 adults. I would recommend it for a family with small children or 1-2 teenagers. The pictures were accurate and represented the condo well. The view was amazing and the balcony was huge. The property was clean and well-maintained. It offered all the appropriate amenities as if we were at home. The location was perfect, very near everything. We also liked that the elevator was close to the condo and we didn't have to walk far to get to it. We went to a different restaurant every night and never had to drive more than 2-5 minutes. There was a local grocery store within 5 minutes and plenty of shops for souvenirs. Bob, the owner, was also very helpful. He suggested places to eat and things to do. He was always available by email or phone as well. We will definitely be going back to this property next year!

Me and my husband stayed at the Inverness room 704 last week. I have to say it was one of our greatest vacations. Awesome condo with a breathtaking view. The condo was the perfect size for us with a comfortable bed and wireless DSL internet that we never had trouble with. The beach was great, the water so clear and blue. There is nothing I have to complain about. The night life was a blast as usual on the Island. We will definitely be going back. Thanks, Bob, for making us feel so comfortable and knowing you were there to help if needed.

My husband and I just spent Thanksgiving weekend here for our 1yr Anniversary. It was wonderful, and the view was divine. The place was very clean, and provided us with all we needed.
