The location of our home is all about being close to Disney. Something that felt away from it all where we could relax in the sun by the pool - but we could be back at Disney or at a restaurant or shopping in minutes if the mood struck.
The Unique Benefits at this House
It was important to us that our home could accommodate more than just our family - we love to bring a set of grandparents or cousins along when we travel. Having two master bedrooms allows us to do that comfortably. Also in Florida a pool is a necessity for cooling down after a hot day.

We took our first trip to Disney when our two boys were just 2 & 4 years old and And went every year after. Years later we are thrilled to now be living in Florida and have been able to purchase this lovely home in August of 2009. We throughly enjoyed our vacation stay at this property. The home was as presented and the location was wonderful. We had one issue with the heat, which was fixed the same day while we were at the park. The house was very clean and we would definitely recommend this property and return for our next family vacation. The entire rental process from start to finish was professional, easy, and the quick responses to all of our questions was very appreciated. There are a lot of places around this location which made finding what we needed no problem. All in all, we were very impressed and would definitely return.

Found the villa to be clean and tidy, had everything we needed for a great week in Disney. Very close to the parks and with numerous eating places and food shopping only 1 mile away on 192. Easy and prompt communication with owners made the whole process very efficient.

Excellent home with laminate floors ( so it is easy to clean too !!) and pool, wi-fi and TVs It is also quite neighborhood and Disney is just few miles away, absolutely no traffic, places near by to shop for grocery or dining.

This was way beyond our expectations. The home was in a nice neighborhood, close to Disney, and quiet. It was spotless and very nicely decorated. It was perfect for our group of four - my elderly mother, my 22 year old daughter and her boyfriend. We all had seperate rooms that were very nice. After Disney and Universal, we spent many hours playing Scrabble and swimming in the pool. I highly recommend it!

We had a great time at the house. It is an easy drive to the Disney parks and the pool was great after a long day at the parks. My daughter loved the princess room!! We had a great time!!

These Accomod.'s were for two families, and they were very comfortable. Being that we were two families, the split floorplan was nomial in affording both parties privacy when neccesary. The building was relatively new, security was offered at the gate. The rooms were spotless, and all appliances were in great working order. The proximity to the parks as ideal, as well as local restaurants and shopping. Our family would highly reccomend a stay at this location. Thank you for your thoroughness!

close to disneyworld. easy access from hwy 192. spacious and clean home with all the necessities...cable, internet access , 4br/3ba w pool. overall much better than a hotel for an intimate family vacation at disney.
