This lovely Casitas style single-level/level in patio home with no one above is located on a quiet corner of the development and close to one of the dozen pools and spas.
This gorgeous high end home features a main suite, which includes a living room, dining room, full kitchen, and a bedroom, bathroom and laundry. Both the family room and the bedroom have flat screen televisions. Two additional master suites feature fireplaces, televisions and French doors to private patios. In all, this gorgeous high end unit features 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, 3 fireplaces and granite in the kitchen, baths and wet bar areas. There is also wireless internet throughout the unit!
This home is located a short walk from the clubhouse, which features a large state-of-the-art fitness center and three of the 12 pools and spas. The children's pool has a sloping entrance that allows toddlers to play in ankle deep water and whimsical ceramic turtles surrounded by water spouts. The large adult pool is perfect for quiet relaxation. There is a separate large lap pool available for exercise.
In addition to the fitness center, the clubhouse also has a 'great room' with two large screen TVs and gaming tables. Adjoining the great room is a party room that can be rented for large events.
The grounds are magnificent from the lush landscaping to the 19 fountains and hammock garden with reflecting pool. There are plenty of quiet spots to stop, relax and enjoy, including a large stone outdoor fireplace.

Why the Owner Chose Legacy Villas
La Quinta is the perfect place for so many different activities, whether you’re in the mood for an active vacation, or just want to find a quiet spot. Our home in Legacy Villas is close to fine dining, golf, tennis, parks, shopping, Coachella, and more! However, you don’t really even need to leave the Legacy Villas grounds to have a wonderful vacation. We enjoy the clubhouse, the dozen pools, the hammock garden and, in the evening, the large outdoor fireplace. Our home is filled with high-end finishes, so we really feel like we’re pampering ourselves while we’re here. Relax at home! BBQ and lounge in the large covered patio off of the family room.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
We like taking strolls into Old Town La Quinta for morning coffee, shopping, or dinner. The local farmer’s market is there also. The La Quinta Hotel and Resort is right next door and is a wonderful setting for an afternoon lunch al-fresco, yoga classes, golf and much more. Some of our favorite restaurants are listed on the map – everything is close! We also enjoy shopping at the El Paseo Shopping District and taking a bike ride up into the cove with dramatic mountain views. Unlimited golf course choices are also close by, as well.
