This lovely townhome is located on a corner of this development and not far from one of the eleven pools and spas within this 281 unit development. 2-4 years at appox. These homes sold new in the range of $800,000, three to four years ago. These are high end homes with all granite in the kitchen, baths and wet bar areas. Wireless internet throughout the unit!
It is just one block or so from the clubhouse which has more wireless internet service, a large state-of-the-art fitness center and three pools and spas. One large kids pool with ceramic turtles that spout water from all around them, as well as water spouts in the concrete. There is a sloping pool entrance that allows the toddlers to play in ankle deep water while mom lays in the shallow water and watches them.
There is a large adult pool with cabanas along one side. There is also a large lap pool for those that wish to exercise.
It has a large two car garage at the front of the home with a beautiful semi-private pool just about 50 yards from the back patio with a spa with fence around it. Hardly anyone uses it as most go to the main pools for the action.

We meet you at the front gates, upon your arrival and personally collect your gate pass for you car and then escort you to your vacation home, no matter if it is 2 p.m. or 2 a.m. You will have our personal cell during your stay in the event you have questions that need to be answered.
