Our beach house is located on the west end of beautiful Ocean Isle Beach in the gated community of Island Park Cottages. If you are seeking relaxation and quality family fun time, this is the place for you! A short 5 minute walk will find you on wide sandy beaches, with low tide wading pools, where you can build sand castles, play volleyball, bocce ball, swim, surf, or just relax and enjoy the most beautiful sunsets on the east coast.
"Flip Flop Inn" has 4 bedrooms with 2.5 baths. All beds are queens, and there is one inflatable double if needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities of home. The dining area seats 10 with a large table especially for dining or gaming.
Additionally, we have three decks furnished with comfortable rockers, Adirondack chairs and dining tables. Relax in the hammock or swing while grilling on the lower deck beside the bass filled lagoon. Bring your fishing gear and try your luck!
Other amenities include 2 pools, 2 community docks, tennis courts, a large outside shower for easy cleanup after a day on the beach, charcoal grill, and picnic table. Our home is perfectly positioned to provide afternoon/evening shade on the back decks.
Island Park is a family friendly community perfect for biking, skating, or other outside sports. Our community is located in very close proximity to many championship golf courses and the OIB fishing pier. There are also many restaurants close by which are sure to satisfy, such as The Isles, an award winning bar and fine dining establishment just across the street.
