Year Purchased: 1986
In 1986 we purchased our property at Cottage Point which is situated within Ku-ring-gai National Park and just 45 minutes from Sydney. We wanted a holiday house close to our home in Sydney to share time with our children and friends where we could swim, fish or go boating in this unique location. We demolished the old fishing cottage and built our new holiday home in 2005. We have guests staying on a regular basis during the year.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We are situated 2 metres from the waters edge with expansive views of Cowan Waters and the National Park. We are just a five minute walk from Cottage Point Restaurant which offers waterfront fine dining, and just 100 metres away is Cottage Point Kiosk which has light meals, coffee, boat hire, kayak hire plus grocery provisions. You can tie up your boat on our jetty or fish and catch the meal for the day.
