Year Purchased: 2004
I feel in love with Maui after vacationing here for years, and love the location and convenience of the Maui Sunset complex. I moved here from Vermont in 2002 and live "upcountry" as they say here. It's great because I am able to check on the unit often, and have done lots of updates big and small since I bought the unit in 2004. I am a realtor on island.
Why the Owner Chose Maui Sunset
This location is great because it there are so many great beaches, wonderful places to dine and shop, and groceries nearby.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
One of the things I love about this unit is that with lanais on both sides of the building, I open the lanai doors and get a great cross breeze thru the unit. You can watch the moon rise over the mountains from one lanai, and the sunset over the ocean from the other.
